The pharmacy staff that took care of me was very cordial and professional. She reminded me of my flu vaccine and told me i could come by later if needed. The pharmacists at this cvs was very professional and reliable as always. I would recommend this pharmacy.

Change your discriminative customer service. Every customers purchase matters not just the ones you deem important. Anytime we visit this location they're extremely rude judgmental and unprofessional they rush you and talk insensitivly to you.

Rude store. After purchasing what we needed we asked to use the restroom. We were told to use outside restrooms that were unattached and disgusting. We're in our 50's and we had purchased more than a few things. And that is what we got in return. Longs seems to be CVS's ugly cousin.

Being that Longs Drugs no longer exist in the mainland. I always like to check things out here. They have a wide selection of treats from Hawaii to bring back home. You may even find them on a good sale. It's a staple here in Hawaii and you can find almost anything here as a large drugstore.

Terrible customer service. First they over charged me when I asked for the manager she just grabbed my phone out of my hand. RUDE. Here's a picture of her. Then I went to get the drink I was charged for and she insisted I got the diet and not the reg soda. then since she grabbed my phone out of my hand it deleted my email. And the ambiance is very unfriendly. Sadly I was in the area so I just thought to shop here. I do not recommend this longs. Go to mililani they are more friendly, helpful, and don't just grab your phone out of your hand.

I found it utterly disgusting to use the restroom in the store located near PETCO in Aiea. I have never experienced such a filthy bathroom in public. I found it hard to believe that a store that promotes wellness, distributes medications and provides vaccinations offered such a filthy bathroom. It really changed my perception of Longs. It makes me wonder how a store can essentially not be spreading germs when both their employees and customers use that restroom. Very, very disappointing
