670 California Ave, Wahiawa“Had to do a photo shoot, took my nephew and niece here to do his graduation photos. This was just one of the places that we stopped to take pictures at. Makai beach is so beautiful and a great place to take pictures there wasn't too much people but the people that were there we're going out and kayaking.”
“This is a shop where the staff and the atmosphere are both relaxing and relaxing. Although the T-shirt is thin, it doesn't fuzz easily, the back side is sewn so it doesn't get rough, and it's relatively inexpensive. L and XL sizes are quite rare both online and in physical stores, so I went to a Nimitz store as well.”
“This is hands down my favorite Crazy Shirts location. Love the employees they all are so much fun. This place just makes you happy when you walk in. Thank for always being so friendly and helpful.”
“This not-so-hidden gem is nestled amongst a sea of tourist traps and a stone's throw away from massive lines for shave ice. Don't miss it!The shop is local and oh so cute. They have an array of items from shirts to pancake mix featuring a trio of adorable characters reminiscent of Sanrio and Japanese-style mascot characters. They have clothes for the entire family (including your dog!), keychains, stickers, coffee, drink mixes, honey, as well as beach essentials like lip balm, sunscreen and shades. The store owner and staff and both helpful and kind.I am sure I will be back for future North Shore visits. :) Mahalo!”
“I love Tanoa! First fell in love with their store in Tutuila, but became more excited to know they’re more accessible on different islands. If you’re looking for island wear/fashion, this is your go-to store. I just hope they don’t change the quality of their clothing as their brand has been known to be exceptional.”
“The sales rep is really helpful on the phone and even set a hoodie aside for me for a couple days. The store was beautifully designed just as their other stores that we've been to on the mainland and the product is the same. It was just the items that said "North Shore Oahu" that we came in to buy and I'm an adult but I was able to fit into a kid size hat because they had the color I wanted.”

66-051 Kamehameha Hwy, Haleiwa“This is one of very few dedicated baby stores in Oahu. Maybe 3 total on island and this one has been open for I believe 37 years. The shop is stroller and wagon friendly! Many other stores are tight and compact but they have room to maneuver easily. The owner Mrs Lee was a delight to speak with, helpful about both items in the shop, and the North Shore area. She has a huge variety of clothing, books, swaddles, toys and sizes up to 6 or 7. My 8 year old son especially loves his shark tooth necklace! They’re located in the historic area of Haleiwa with parking on site! Just go around back. They are walkable to the famous Motsumoto shave ice and more shopping. Definitely do not skip out this shop when you’re there!”

98-1005 Moanalua Rd #156, Aiea“Fantastic store that has a myriad of products to choose from, ranging from locally made home goods, stickers, and crocheted plushies to jewelry and clothing. Spacious, organized interior with a laid back and modern aesthetic. Friendly service, and a great selection of clothing items for reasonable prices--was able to purchase a silk, hunter green colored dress that was on sale, and couldn't be happier! If this store matches your vibe, would recommend joining their loyalty/rewards program. Will definitely be back to check out some new selections.”

94-790 Lumiaina St, Waipahu“Located in the Waikele Premium Outlets on the Michael Kors side, its convenient for us to drop by to see whats available. I have also called to check if something was in stock. Lots of parking nearby. Bathrooms next door. Prices are higher than I'd like to pay for the items here, but if they have the specific items we're looking for and can't get anywhere else... so be it. Definitely works well for us.Customer service from all the employees deserves recognition. Every single Zumies location has incredible employees. They have all been nothing but super helpful and exactly how I wished employees were everywhere. Lately I see employees on their phone while on the floor, working with ear buds on, sitting down and not wanting to lift any fingers types. I have kind of accepted that and the bare minimum being; just show up lol. Not here. The employees are checking all the boxes for me and my family. Thank you for that.Clothing, footwear, skate gear, accessories and more. Style collabs from anime, skate brands, and import cars. Exactly what my teens are into. Basically they would have everything the typical high schooler would want. Highly recommend. I'm sure anyone could find something they would like here. At the very least, something for someone they know.”

543 Moanalua Rd, Aiea“This is my hubby's favorite store. He loves to get his anime things from Hot Topic. They were having a sale today. You buy one item and get the second item 30% off.I walked in and there was a sales associate standing by the door to greet me. They had a rack full of Hello Kitty items on both sides. She was explaining the sale to me and I thanked her. I walked around some more and saw a lot of cute merchandise. I love their Loungefly backpacks. They had one that was like a Barbie dollhouse. They also had a rack full of Barbie items, if you're a Barbie fan. There was a Mickey backpack that I really liked and a Winnie the Pooh one. Hot Topic always has the cutest merchandise. They're always on trend with what's popular at the moment.”
“I was looking for a plain white t-shirt (kids size) and found it!! It was on sale too!! I didn't realize a plain white shirt was so hard to find! Very neat and staff was nice and friendly. Lots of sizes available! Lots of parking too!”
“05/12/2023: Cute beachy merch! Picked up some local Hawaii stickers and then spotted a couple of things I had to have cause, why not! I grabbed a cute "Aloha" cap and bag. Chatted with the friendly gal behind the counter. Well organized and clean shelves and display tables. They also have a website to order merch. Always lovely to visit the store front when I'm in town. Mahalo Guava Shop, until we meet again!”

55-370 Kamehameha Hwy, Laie“Located inside the Hukilau Marketplace along Kamehameha Hwy in Laie. It is adjacent to the Polynesian Cultural Centre. Amongst other stores in Hukilau Marketplace we frequented shopping at Nona’s. I found my second pair of Olukai shoes, clothing & other items to take home. Many of the items are of good quality which reflect the higher price compared to the other stores. Staff are professional and courteous. It was an enjoyable experience. I even got a Kamaaina discount one day.”
“This store has 2 locations, one in Pearlridge and one in Windward Mall. Both locations carry little different items as such, the Pearlridge store has less brighter colored clothing than the Windward mall location. Did that make sense? LOL? If you want to stand out in the crowd, shop at Windward Mall! The Pearlridge store is a little larger, all designs are locally made and Hawaiian design printed more like tribal type? Each print has a meaning to its design. They offer pull over, button down & polo style for the men. And lots of different styles of selection to choose from for the ladies. It's worth while doing browse in the store because the designs are interesting. Please do support local business.”
“All of the items displayed in the store are beautiful. However, I was mesmerized by the Leiahi Kanaloa (seafoam) tote. It was absolutely gorgeous. The tote displayed appeared to cost about $250 or more. To my surprise the tote was very reasonably price and I bought it! lol Mahalo nui loa, MANAOLA!”
“I submitted my online order at 2am, it was out for delivery by 10am that morning. Last minute Christmas shopping online hoping it would get here in time for Christmas . Quick and efficiently processed my order.”
“I have been shopping here forever. They have all the interesting brands that collab with other brands that interest me. It gives me alternative/skater vibes but still very modern and relevant to the new generations. Located in the Pearlridge Mall on the Dunkin Donuts side, parking is nearby. Easy to get to. Good selection. Prices are higher than I'd like to pay, but for the exclusive items, I get it. Just hoping they can continue to stay open. I know I'm not the only one to notice how different customer service has become since the pandemic. Not sure if its the younger newer generation coming into the work force or just lasting effects from 2020 and beyond... this is why I always give major recognition for decent and quality customer service when I see it! Everyone here has gone above and beyond. Stellar customer service. I have two teen boys that of course either don't know what they want or won't, can't or don't care to express what appeals to them! Every employee has asked all the right questions, not to me, but the actual consumer. They bring down, bring out, pull up many different options. They look online and check inventory. We almost walk out with something on point every time. The exclusive items, the good selection of popular items, variety of goods to buy here and the amazing workers... all of the above just keep us coming back. Every year this will be a must visit shop for my boys wardrobe. I can't recommend this store enough.”

350 84th Street SW SuiteSuite 950, Byron Center“My family and I visiting from Australia came in to Calvin Klein for Black Friday and found amazing sales. Was assisted by a staff member named Michael who was extremely accommodating in helping us find everything we were looking for and everything in our size. Just want to mention how much he helped us as we spent a few hours there. Not only was he extremely helpful professionally but the banter made it even more worthwhile. Thanks Michael and congratulations Calvin Klein in hiring Michael to be part of your team.”
“Katrina was such a great help! I was a little nervous browsing not really sure what to pick out because it was for my girlfriend. But after explaining my girlfreinds style, Katrina pointed me to a very nice dress that I think my girlfriend would like. Awesome work thanks Katrina!”

94 790 Lumiaina St Space 0411, Waipahu“Looking for some outerwear...When you do live in a warmer climate searching for something warm can be challenging especially when you still don't want to waste that effort as a single use item. American Eagle is one of a bunch of shops at the Waikele Premium Outlet looked promising.Yes there are deals and a lovely selection on some sweater, sweatshirts, jackets and socks though it seems like it's only on specific items and seeing some Christmas prints which are regular priced having current items isn't what I'm look for when it comes to value is like a tease. There were many promising choices but I really didn't want to spend that much sadly it wasn't a place for me thinking of an outlet deals.Service was non existent as no one greeted or even make any eye contact but it didn't really bother me as I was still in browse mode and didn't need any assistance though just is sad that it's been like this at many places.Thank you!”

98-027 Hekaha St, Aiea“I own a clothing company and my usual print shop failed to properly press my shirts causing the screen print design to smear off and crack after one wash. I’m so so stressed!! Thank god i caught this defect before shipping out all my orders that were placed.Let me start off with the communication I’ve had with Mistie. She was so genuine, sympathetic, and quick with responding with my situation. She offered to re-press my shirts within a 24 hour window. Be mindful, this is a tedious job, and other print shops either had a 2 week turnaround time or they didn’t want to take the job.First she re-pressed 3 shirts as a sample and told me to go home and wash and dry it. I went home immediately and washed/ dried the shirts and boom, design stuck like it should!!!! i dropped off 250 shirts and she got the job done!!!She saved my business and i can’t thank her enough for this!!!!”

98-1005 Moanalua Rd, Aiea“If you love the glitz and glam at a reasonable price, then I'd suggest coming to Windsor. I always get my semi formal and formal dresses here for almost all occasions. I enjoyed the customer service yesterday. There was actually someone working in the dressing room and she was ready to assist me. The store is clean, there are also couches for those who are waiting, there were also a $7 sale on selected shoes. I love shopping here because their dresses and clothing have a pretty good amount of assorted colors”
“I love the affordable prices there. And shopping fun except that wish it was easier to carry things and. Being in same file with shoppers with their carts extreme danger.. lived my experience buying luggage, clothing , makeup,,”
“I have been in the Waikele Gap many times. Each time, I engage a little small talk with several different workers there, and every time I find each one of them to be friendly, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and competent/professional, whether the person is younger or older. The clothes themselves seem to be made of high quality materials. The appearance of the clothing items there seems nice as well, and the sale prices are incredibly low, so low that it makes you feel a little guilty for buying such nice items for so little money. Please share my review with your workers at the store, so that they can know that their kindness means more to some people than they probably thought.”
“I like Razor Concepts because it has more variety than Hot Topic and BoxLunch. I feel like the customer service they give is excellent. Staff are polite, cordial, patient, honest, and ethical and will ask if you are 21+ if you want to purchase products such as ASP Batons, switchblade knives, and airsoft guns. The price can range between affordable and very expensive so be careful when looking for what you want to buy. Otherwise than that I wish they had one on the East Side of the Island of Oahu.”
“Delicious shakes and shave ice. Kind staff. Cool merch (if you don't understand it I don't recommend getting it but it's still awesome), I want to try their other snacks.FYI they don't have no sugar syrup anymore (manufacturer stopped making it). This wasn't an issue for us but was for a later customer.”
