“Wow experience from the start! Shea applied ceramic coating on my 4 Runner about 2-3 years ago. Worth the price as the coating is still on par. I do get maintenance 2- 3 times a year and that has helped keep the car looking great. Shea gives great customer service. The quality of his work is exceptional. He is meticulous with what he does. Booking appointments are either online or on the phone, regardless of how you book, it is a walk in the park. I have recommended others to Shea because in my opinion he is the BEST.”

“Found this place doing an online search for detailing products. Came here and was overwhelmed with the vast amount of products and selection. Zach helped me out and listened to what I wanted to do with my cars and helped me get what I needed. “Lux auto did an amazing job detailing/maintaining the ceramic coating on my truck....after having terrible experiences with my previous detailing company....Joey was able to hear me out on all my concerns and was extremely knowledgeable on car care. The team as a whole was very nice and welcoming and gave my car a deep clean. After detailing, my truck was shining as good as when i bought it. I invest alot of time and money in to my truck upkeep so it only makes sense to have a detailing company that will take the time to do the same. Overall extremely satisfied with the service, will be returning.”
“HIGH QUALITY detailing service. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. My 2018 Chevrolet Cruze had years of stain on the carpet, roof, sun visor, and seats. Crimson auto detail was able to remove all my stains! I am guilty of doing my make up in the car and have gotten foundation, mascara, concealer, etc— all sorts of oil based make up on the inside and around the sun visor, I was unable to remove these however crimson auto detail got them all out! I am so excited!!”

“I would definitely recommend getting your car detailed here, His rates were very good, one of the best rates I could find on the island. I got the "Silver Package" which included interior and exterior wash, and let me just say we came back from the beach and had sand all over the car in every crack possible. When I dropped off my car and picked it up about 5 hours later, the car looked amazing, It felt like my car was fresh off the lot. Great Detailer! “So far I have terrible terrible experience. I placed an order. My order arrived with the incorrect products. I sent an email to the support email. I received back an automated email that did not address my problem. As of right now this is a complete rip off. A complete scam. I would love to change this review if I could receive the products I actually ordered.
After 1 weeks I finally received an email from them. They corrected my order by shipping out the correct quantities. I hope to order from them in the future with no issues.”

Our daughter’s Honda Civic had a splash shield that came undone after hitting some rough roads. They diagnosed and resolved the issue with care, and since the car had to stay overnight (May 8–9), they communicated clearly and honestly throughout the process.

“Rich is the real deal! I'd say he's actually the best detailer on the island. I almost thought there was no hope with getting water spots off my 2022 Silverado truck due to the water sprinkler system that looked like it cooked deep into my paint and windows. I took my truck to Rich to get the water spots removed and a ceramic coating and my truck literally looks brand new again like it did when I purchased it from the dealership. He did an amazing job outside including inside, which looked terrible, because I have 2 toddler boys and infant girl. My truck inside is new looking as well and even have a fresh new truck smell to it. It's already been weeks and I still haven't even had to wash it yet because it's still glistening. A 3-5 year ceramic clear coat paint and wax protection with nonstop paint gloss is very important to have living in Hawaii because of the heat, red dirt, and water spots that can cook into and ruin paint is definitely worth getting to protect your vehicle paint and glass! I'll be bringing my wife vehicle there next! I highly recommend Rich. Best looking detailed vehicle I've ever seen hands down! Thanks once again Rich for an amazing job!”
