Friendly staff, good parking, well stocked, but on a hot day like this, why does none of the Icee machines work.

3:25PM Monday April, 2023. If there was a negative star that would be the rating. I just witnessed the most inhumane, horribly disrespectful behavior from a person. Watched the old Filipino lady cashier throw a bag at a customer and had him bag his own groceries. I've been here before and had a terrible experience before with the same old lady and thought she was having a bad day so I ignored here behavior and walked away. But seeing the same kinda behavior from the same person makes me want to make it known. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. This type of behavior should never be tolerated, who ever the manager or store owner here need to look into this issue.

I wish I can put a zero star! WAHIAWA 7/11 cashier is soooooooo MEAN! This lady, her name is start with the letter A. She have a short hair. I came inside Wahiawa 7/11 store next to Koa pancake. I check out the big cup of noodle and I heard my ringtone from my phone to looks at my notification and then put my phone away in my purse. Then I check out the other snacks till then this lady yelled at me front of the people that I steal. I was so shocked for the way she yelled at me. I was so mad that she assuming a lot that I steal. First of all, I have money to pay it, why would I steal something!? She said " I saw you stealing from the camera!!!" She asking me what in my purse. I was very very angry based on her assumption. I told her, it's my cellphone and I don't steal anything. But she don't believe me, She keep saying that I'm stealing. I storm out. I don't like to come by at wahiawa 7/11 anymore. I told her that I want to see the manager based on her rude behavior and unprofessional services.

This is my go to 7-11. I go to this store and the other on kam hwy in Wahiawa once a day sometimes two or three times a day. We have to have ice at home and since we live in Whitmore we stop by to get our supplies before going home. We get the musubi, sandwhiches, drinks, and ice cream. I like their corn bread, Spanish rolls and pianamo rolls for breakfast with coffee. Very convenient when you are in a rush. Not to mention gas. Also customer service is awesome as the Aunties all know us since we been going there for years. Ever since my youngest daughter was in school, My husband used to take her there for after school snacks.

My family and I were cruising around the island yesterday and stopped off at 7-Eleven Wahiawa to buy some ice cream. While we were looking at which ice cream to pick, I overheard and turned to watch as this customer asked the cashier, "I was told you have my credit card, where is it?" When the cashier said they needed to see a picture ID to verify, the customer showed her ID, where the cashier than gave the customer their credit card. Not even a "thank you" from the customer as she walked out of the store. Now, we're waiting in line and another customer approaches the cashier and asks her, "Where's your iPhone chargers? Don't you have iPhone chargers?" The customer asked these questions TWICE. The first time rough and rude, the second time speaking it out slowly and rudely like the cashier didn't understand English. The cashier pointed out where the chargers were in the store and the customer walks away to go there without thanking the cashier. When we finally got to the cashier to pay for our ice cream, I made sure to thank her. The cashier's name was Jacinta. Sheesh, in the 5-10 minutes that we were there, she had back-to-back rude customers. My heart went out to her especially if she had just started her shift. I have no complaints about the store, they had the items we wanted - and even if they didn't, we wouldn't be rude about it. I had to give this shout out review to Jacinta and 7-Eleven Wahiawa for doing an outstanding job especially when encountering gnarly and rude customers like those two customers.

Sometimes its hard to get in the parking lot or the pumps but its my fave 711 near home. The slurpees are my attraction but the drink section is always a mess or there or no tops.

The worse 7-11 on the islands! Homeless people sleeping by the entrance! All the machines are broken! No Icies...no ice coffee...no latte machine...how do these people run a business for a busy location? Why doesn't the corporate check up on these franchises?

I get snacks for the fam and going there is never a miss. Except for them being sold out of sushi sometimes.. if you dont like 711, run over a car for me.

Do not order through vroom. They will not fulfill your order and claim they didn't get the order. Do not waste your time explaining that you just want the food you paid for because the employees will not give it to you even if you show them the receipt. Lose money!

Bag contains: 4 red bulls, two teas three ice creams three varieties of Hawaiian candies and three piano mos. So I really don't understand how the heck it came out to 60.88!!!! So i asked and the lady at the register didn't understand a word I said!! Plus she was sending customer to gas pump that didn't even work. I prefer not to pay prices that are more expensive then the grocery stores but at 330 am by the hospital what choices does one have??? None!!! That is wrong. Not anything available at the hospital and the prices are not worth the headache from the lousy customer service. I thought the food-land in wahiwa was a nightmare, now I definitely will never come to this 7/11 again. Last time I ate a burrito from here and got food poisoning!! That should've been my clue not to come back here right??!! I would say shop here at your own risk!! Also, make sure you check receipt... they love to over charge... Mahalo and Aloha
