The old lady working there picked up my mail said she has to log it and i need to wait for a text. Sat around for an hr. The guy working there is super nice but now cabt find were she hid my package. If your stationed here use ur company mail room, if you have to make a return even with a prepaid lbl they still charge you just fyi

Joseph &’ Kelsey went above and beyond when providing customer service for my print job. we arrived right before closing and still received premier customer service. They rocked !

Shantell (gray hair , light skinned woman) has 0 customer service . She is extremely rude . The other employees I have experienced there have still been at least respectful even if they are direct with customers and stressed because of short staff . They still help me as much as they can and if I have to wait for something they let me know and I happily oblige.Shantell will talk to you as if you’re dumb instead of politely letting you know what you need to do in order for your service to be completed . If something is self service there is a way to say that without making someone feel stupid .I specifically try to avoid coming in when she is on shift because every interaction no matter how polite I try to be is negative and demeaning . I have dealt with a lot of different employees and worked in various retail positions and she has no respect for customers.I plan on closing my mailbox and encouraging others to go to another UPS store , USPS or another mailbox service provider than this location because it is ridiculous . I don’t have to interact with you for long but if you manage to be that rude in a short time repeatedly to a patient customer who is not causing problems I don’t want to have that everytime I come to pick up mail.Search for other mailbox services on the island ! There are many available locally and much more friendly and helpful.

Worst experience. They just lost my postcard and never delivered to the recipient. When I came back month later they even don’t wanna talk or resolve the situation.We not provide postcards with tracking number - that’s only what I’ve got from them

The P.O. Box is overpriced. “Chita” and her bitter overworked cohorts are a little too gleeful when they aren’t required to package a shipment for you. They completely lack empathy, are very condescending and passive-aggressive. I read some other reviews and they are completely right. They nickel and dime you for every little thing, especially tape, which isn’t the fault of employees. However, the employees can miss me with their fake smiles and condescension. I know they hate taping items for customers but I wouldn’t be writing such a long review if they weren’t so freaking disrespectful about it. I will happily allow my P.O. Box to expire this cycle. Btw, this is not “between me and Amazon”, homey. This is between me and these miserable UPS employees.

I reviewed the receipt. The total amount was more than I was asked to pay at the counter. I noticed a donation was added to my total. The associate never mentioned about it or asked for the donation. It automatically added to what I owe. I can't trust this store.

This is very busy all the time because it is the only place where tons of soldiers have their mainland stuff shipped to. The workers seems very over worked and on edge with reason, and I hope whoever runs this can realize it is a big issue and they need at least double the staff and space to make it work.

I read the reviews before coming here and really didn’t think it would be that bad, until I experienced it for myself. The youngest woman I’ve seen who works here is always really nice. That’s about it. You may have to wait several days to pick up your package because they have not yet sorted through the mail, which is understandable, I guess, considering we are on a small island and there is probably a lot of mail coming in. Too much for three employees to sort through, I’ll give them that. But the customer service sucks. They will argue with you about whether or not your package has been delivered if you have received an email saying it was, but the tracking has not yet been updated. If you have a choice in the matter, I would suggest not coming here. I leave frustrated every single time.

This place will nickel and dime you for anything. Mailed a prepaid return to Amazon and still ended up paying for another shipping label. Printed one out at home and taped it to the box, just like I have always done in other states. Trainee Michelle tells me I need to pay to email and pay to print another label. I see the label and it's exactly the same label as I have attached to the box. I ask what was the difference in the labels and she says it's because it doesn't have the fancy plastic envelope they attach to the side of the box. My label was completely sealed off with tape and she just put a plastic bag over it and another printerld label.

Store has an incredible issue with processing packages on the day when the package has been delivered.Their notification system doesn’t seem to work or is inconsistent, they’ll ask if a notification has been sent but they’ve never sent one out despite the package being processed.This location is a failure as a whole.

I usually enjoy the service here. However I've encountered the worst service I've received yet in my life by the hands of "Chita" I may have spelt her name wrong(an older lady with mostly dark hair). Rude, refused to tape my box while I was there and moved on to another guest , then told me i could wait to the side until she can do it. I insisted that my parcel be taped in my presence (yes i paid for the tape) Eventually she did, only after I told her that she hasn't finished my service and I will not leave. Overall unpleasant ,seemingly unhappy and may not be the best fit for a business that deals with face to face interactions.

Older lady working on 3/26 near closing time was rude. I think she was the manager. My Amazon return was boxed up and closed, but apparently it needed a piece of tape on each end. She gleefully told me it’s $2 for their tape. I said “can’t you just give me a piece of tape?” And she looked at me and said “You got your own tape?” And I said “no” and she said “$2 for tape.” She maintained this fake smile on her face this whole time too and was not friendly or empathetic at all.

The ONLY reason why I chose (past tense) this location is due to the location and convenience. This store needs to be closed indefinitely. This store should be reported to the BBB because there's individuals and the manager give UPS a bad reputation. They lie about shipping. They don't understand written English of their own policies and they forge documents. If you have any time pick another location. Do not, I repeat, do not use this location. Take the additional time and go somewhere else because this would be a waste of time and brain cells. The manager acts as if she dropped out of school in 1st grade and had to fight all her life. There is no remaining calm while asking questions because she brings the violence out of you about the most mundane things that she should be an expert in. It's as if they want every dollar. They charge erroneously for things they do not tell you about. An investigation should happen because there is no way this location should be open. The second grader on the corner in Porter Community selling lemonade has better work ethic that this manager. Her poor colleagues are no better following with the ridiculous explanations that only makes sense to them because they just pulled it out of their asses. Abort mission. Pick another location. Save yourself the stress. The only reason it has 1 star is because I don't have a choice. They're lucky that I'm working on me because that assault and battery charge ain't looking too bad.

Takes 6 hours for them to process packages so when your package is delivered you can’t get it till the next day or when it’s around closing time
