Previous review: Good customer service, but they always rushed me every time another customer is waiting behind me on line, and they seem to get overwhelm. You really have to fully assist each customer with grace and not rush them out regardless how many people are waiting to be served. I will and have waited patiently for others before me. No biggie. But if I was there first, when I said full service with grace means answer the customer’s inquiries without rushing them. After all, you are selling them products, and in my case, shipping products. You shouldn’t make customers feel doubt on the shipping product they just bought from you.”
“Can't believe I haven't posted a review for this place. Have used them for years to drop off returns to vendors such as Amazon and others who have free returns. They are an authorized UPS Shipping Outlet and just a little a mile from where I live so it's super convenient for me. Latest hours are M-F 10am to 6pm. Sat 9am to 2pm, which is what I believe they've been for at least a couple of years now. Yes this place is really convenient for me but what stands out is the friendly and prompt service. You get greeted when you walk in and helped immediately unless they are already with a customer. I really like that they are consistently VERY quick to assist you, no matter which person is working. Today, I had to be someplace and was in front of their shop two minutes before opening. EXACTLY at 10am the door was unlocked and the OPEN sign lit up. Since I usually take in UPS labeled boxes or packages, they take a look, recognize this, immediately scan the item and ask if I want a receipt (for tracking purposes). The friendly older gentleman has explained the details of their UPS related service, such as the fact that I don't need to print my own shipping label for the type of returns I make. (I do it to speed things up when dropping off.) They also have a few gift items (items vary) which is probably great for folks sending care packages and there's a little extra room in their box. They also have greeting cards, just like the post office. They carry Blue Mountain cards, a higher end upscale card brand - really nice quality cards. Sign outside lists the services they provide. Besides the usual printing, copying, faxing, scanning, and laminating that these types of businesses provide, they also have notary service. I've noted the sign says they make keys, and since I need some every so often, I plan to utilize them. They also make rubber stamps. They also pack items to be shipped and I've seen repeat customers for this service (based on their convo overheard while I waited.) I believe they have another location but I'm only familiar with this one in Aiea on Moanalua Rd across from Waimalu Elementary, and highly recommend them.”
“They are a lifesaver for a multitude of services. They can ship and package items, but they can also handle had copies digitally scan and forward the data to your target email or destination.”

“i've been mailing things for years and recently moved to the island. in jersey, government workers could not care less about you and will treat you like crap. i was so pleasantly surprised when i started coming to this post office because the employees are extremely kind and willing to go the extra mile for you. i love this post office so much and wish other USPS locations were like this!!”
“The only place on the island that has some fingerprinting scanner machine. No need make reservation, but there’s only one of the machines. Four stars because staff was a bit flippant at first , but all was good by the end.”

“Super convenient and ease use copiers. Except that one time, I needed help with laminating, and female team member (shucks, forgot her name) was courteous getting the job done. Been to this location many times, and they are consistently friendly and helpful when needed. Way to go team!”
“Although all the employees do a great job in servicing the customer, Lisa, Kara and Eddie in particular consistently go above and beyond in servicing the patron with exceptional customer contact skills! They are knowledgeable, efficient, personable, courteous and professional! Lisa, Kara and Eddie are great Ambassadors of the FedEx brand and I recommend that they be chosen as "FedEx Employees of the Year"! It's employees like Lisa, Kara and Eddie that build customer loyalty and make it a pleasure to do business with FedEx.”

“I’m surprised to see such low ratings, but seems to be in part due to frustrations with passport service and a particular associate.
The three female associates working here have always been so sweet and patient. The line usually moves fast.
My only issue here had been with the one associate who has been mentioned a few times already in other reviews. I can say I have also experienced this associate’s condescension, which in my cases had to do with my package being too small, as I was told, and then another time my self-printed label being too small. Here I thought I’d be more economical with resources. ??♀️ I’d never before been told my items were too small for mailing. Another time I was lectured on what may happen if I was shipping non-media items with a media label, even when I acknowledged I was shipping qualifying items (a bunch of CDs).”
“i love our 24/7 laundromat.. its fast n clothes come out clean n dry?!? yessirrrr n most folks are in n out so that there is always oen machines?!?... parking is always open and thats a plus?!? leewards drive inn is next door for those hungry people!?!”

For the service they provide, the price and the service is more than sufficient.
