Long waits most of the time. You can’t call ahead the medications. You have to use another refill pharmacy on the other side of the clinic. They have bankers hours and to add more to it slow …. Seriously ?! I think we can do much better.

So back in 2019 I like the system they would go by look up what prescription you needed and give it you the same window with no delay . Less wait times . I don’t understand the whole call you then look up your prescription then tell you to go sit down . Then they call other people and you wait like 15-20 min just to get called again . Everyone is nice I’ll give them that but the new system is just weird && unnecessary to me especially when you have toddlers .

Apparently there is a secret sign with a secret rule only lady at window #3 knows. If you take a 43second phone call and 'delay' their processing time they will delay your time there by an hour I am so glad she brought this to my attention I will remember next time the world revolves around her and none of us service members ever have important phone calls to take.

Rude staff at window 4 today's morning, no patience at all for who is not a native speaker, extremely rude the way that he talking, super disappointed as a military spouse.

I have had two negative interactions with this pharmacy. Once was a lack of service due to no masks being available. Mind you this is well after COVID has disappeared. The second one was I had arrived prior to their closing hours and I was turned away with no explanation. This is two times in a row that I have not been able to pick up the same prescription. Each internet action seems to be with the same employee that could use a bit of work on their social interaction skills.

Terrible waiting period. Every time I go here it’s a minimum of an hour and a half just to pick up ONE rx. No matter if you’re the only one in the waiting room. It’s awful. Nobody should have to wait that long.

Most of the staff are rude and unhelpful no matter how nice you are to them. I haven’t gotten any explanation for any of my new prescriptions and they are unwilling to help you when their pharmacy doesn’t have the scripted prescription amount even for over the counter meds. They will randomly change their hours and take an hour 15min lunch break on a Saturday because they felt it. I’ve just come to expect a horrible experience any time I have to go there.

Like everything else dealing with Desmond Doss or Tripler, the level of service leaves a lot to be desired! There were literally three people waiting to get their prescription filled, and all of us had at least a 10 minute wait. I understand each prescription takes time, but all of us weee just sitting there waiting even to be call up the first time so they could see what we were trying to get filled. The throughput at this pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. The drive-thru pharmacy was more expedient than coming inside!
