“On Jan 13th, I went to this store and had about 5 items to return to Amazon. Needless to say this is the first time I messed up with my items by having Whole Foods codes instead of the UPS Store Drop off labels. I’m so glad I had this young man Ryland who is always professional and so patient whenever I’m there. He showed me how to go back and cancel my return and correct the scan labels. He’s quiet and pleasant to work with. I didn’t know there was a long line behind me until some girl that works there scared me by loudly saying can she help the next person. Thank God He was still nice by saying it’s ok after I apologized. Kudos to Ryland. Need more people like you around.”
