“We are owners within this Marriott timeshare network. We stopped here to visit this location since we had never been here.Very beautiful grounds and villas built on a higher lookout area in Kauai, Princeville area.They had several pools, a jacuzzi, gardens, golf course, restaurants, and shops onsite. There was plenty of parking, and it's tucked in off the main road, so it was a very quiet location.Will consider staying here in the future.”
“We just got home from a week at this resort. Beautiful property and gorgeous landscaped grounds. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Bedrooms were comfortable and each bedroom and the living room had their own air conditioner units. People were very friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Food trucks daily were a nice option. I would for sure come back.
I shared with management that our rooms could have been cleaner upon arrival. Layers of dust on lamps and surfaces. A pile of swept dirt next to the dresser in the 2 bedroom not picked up.
Shower curtains were too long in both bathrooms, and caused them to lay on the floor of the shower in one bathroom and kept hitting the drain cap in the tub, causing it to close in the other bathroom. Couch was comfortable, but the 2 sitting chairs were highly uncomfortable.
The night stand shelf in the master completely covers the outlet, so if you want to plug in your phone, cPap, etc, it is impossible.”

“Wonderful resort. We really haven’t left much because we love the relaxing atmosphere here. There are plenty of activities to enjoy. The views are spectacular, both from the pools to the rooms. Have enjoyed grabbing Starbucks while sitting at the main pool. All of the hotel employees have been welcoming and friendly. Our only complaint is there is no room service. You can place take out orders from the main restaurant but must pick up.”
“Open 6am-9pm, which is shockingly superior to the business hours of basically every business on the island (subway in Kilauea for example, open 930am-11am yesterday, a whole 90 minutes). Top notch service in Princeville Market and really well made Starbucks drinks. It was such a pleasant surprise to find this little market. Employees are super friendly too, highly recommended for a late night coffee or snack!”

“The room is very spacious and have a nice view. It’s still very comfortable without the air conditioner. I like to use the fan and it feels peaceful and close to the natural. I highly recommend the hotel! The hotel staff kindly send me a message with a pdf guide a few days before I check in which is very nice. And I really like my room ?”

“Excellent location but be aware of the extra fees that are applied nightly if you are booking as an exchange unit with interval international. The property lacks air conditioning, elevators, and no restaurant on site but food trucks visit on some days.”
