Nice and roomy. No air conditioning in main rooms. Not bad most of time. Nice kitchen and comfy living room. Bed was not great. Bathroom very nice. Not much of an ocean view from room and none from balcony. Pool nice. Grill long walk and don’t get warm enough to cook very well.Parking was easy.

The condos are a little out dated and mine didn’t have any air conditioning. But the location in Princeville is amazing and the views from all directions is amazing. I recommend staying here for the views and the amazing location.

We stayed in three airbnbs at Alii Kai. Two were great and the third was nice but had a serious mould smell emanating from the washer dryer area.
