“Love going to this place when going to Waikiki in holiday. It is a great change of pace from all the unhealthy American junk, and reminds me of the supermarkets we have back home in Australia. Fresh and tasty.”
Open 24 hours
801 Kaheka St, Honolulu“As expected, Don Quijote's souvenirs, meat, vegetables, everything is cheaper than other supermarkets in Honolulu.Especially the sausages and beef were reasonably priced.Fruits and vegetables are inflated prices probably because they come from mainland America. They also sell Japanese apples, and I tasted them and they were delicious.Donki's unique Japanese pop music is fun, and of all the supermarkets I visited, I had the most fun shopping here.Donki is good because all the souvenirs to Japan are cheap. If you drink alcohol, you may be asked to show your passport, so be sure to bring your ID with you.Majica cannot be used, so please do not bring it with you.The Serta Andakee store in front of the entrance is a popular store that has been around since the days of Daiei.”
“Forget the picture-perfect poke bowls, not IG-worthy. Tamashiro Market offers a taste of poke in its purest, most authentic form. Beyond the familiar ahi, a diverse array of other fishes awaits. Here, the focus is on the fish - not fancy toppings. Glistening cubes of ahi, aku, or kajiki. It's a journey back in time, a taste of Hawaii's history in every bite, just brings back many childhood memories. Surprisingly, very affordable prices.”

1513 Young St, Honolulu“The food is delicious. The sashimi is very fresh and great proportions - for the quality and quantity a great deal. We also tried the tempura, butterfish and squid - it was all delicious. The wait staff is attentive. The restaurant is located in the corner of a grocery store and the tables and chairs are not fancy, but everything is clean and comfortable. It is BYOB. Overall, highly recommend.”
“Service was exceptional. We were seated right away. Our server Matt made our experience & was great at giving suggestions on the menu . The food was excellent! If your looking for a dining place with great food & service & want to skip all the tourist lines in Waikiki.. Basalt is the place!”
“A supermarket located in the center of Waikiki. The entrance is on the second floor, so it may be difficult to see the entrance at first glance.
・It's cheaper than the surrounding stores, and it's a new facility so it's very clean.
・The poke sold by weight is delicious! 1/2Ib.
(pound) is quite a volume. Since 1 pound is about 450g, I chose two flavors of 1/2 each.
・A wide variety of fruits, vegetables, meat, and fish. There's also a lot of alcohol. (Beer is sold in single bottles only in long cans)
・We also have macadamia nuts and Lion coffee that are good souvenirs, but there aren't that many.”
“Just came back from getting some snacks! Has a parking lot to go into, and once you head in the store it's nice and spacious. We were on the hunt for cookies. And boy we went a little crazy. We got a whole lot, the Cornflake cookies, shortbread arare cookies, chocolate chip macnut cookies, and the chocolate chip cookies with walnuts. I love the homemade taste to it. These are good brand of cookies and good omiyage for friends that moved to the mainland or just to have in the house. What I really wanted was an icee and I wasn't disappointed. A medium is 32oz and @ $2.59 you cannot go wrong. Good way to cool off. They had cola, strawberry and blue vanilla. I think they'll be seeing us again. We also walked around and there were a lot of local goodies to buy too but we were mainly there for cookies and icees. Don't worry, we will be back! Cookies are reasonably priced too. The 8oz almond cookies were $6.75. So excited to go back and get more goodies next time!”

They were very helpful with western union too just great awesome ppl.”

“Buy local, eat local, live a healthier life, and support your neighbors. Farm link makes the food delivery process so easy. Everything delivers right to my door and I don’t have to go to the grocery store anymore.
They offer so many varieties of produce, local meat and fresh catch seafood options, and specialty goods such as krouts, deserts, cheeses, specialty alcohol, and more, so it’s easy to browse, add to cart, and enjoy new products.
I just use farm link and the Farmers market and I’m happy! They accept EBT and offer free delivery if you use EBT or if you spend over $70. Invest in your health ?”

You can find ALMOST ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING here at Waikiki Old Country Market ???♥️??♥️???? friendly people workig there??♥️?I also have been sharing with visitors and recommending to those that are looking for local things and necessities too???”
“Ordered the blue burger and black bean burger that were both very yummy. Also ordered onion rings and fries that were slightly burnt and did not come with any sauce or ketchup.”

2888 Ualena St, Honolulu“Best place to find what I need and staff very helpful to assist in finding what you need. Wether its a sushi party or pasta dinner for 200 peeps, you got it! Thank-you ?”
“Small but mighty. All the Thai ingredients you'll need to make Thai dishes, including mortar and pestle, shallots, garlic, ginger, all kinds of fish sauce and paste, spices, etc. it cost $4.60 for a ginger and a bag of shallots, not the cheapest but also much better deal than if you buy from a regular grocery store! It wasn't hard to find parking on Maunakea st for a quick stop. However, I saw parking enforcement's car there so it looks like now you gotta put money in the meters. It's $3 per hour or 75c per 15 mins, however long you wanna pay for.”

1913 Lanakila Ave, Honolulu“Sweet little store with cold drinks, ice cream, toiletries and other stuff convenience stores carry. The owner is a kind lady. Very family friendly with kids shopping too. Perfect little pit stop.”
“Stopped by after a recommendation for poke and was not disappointed! It was my first time trying poke and the workers explained how everything worked and I was able to sample everything I was interested in. You are able to eat in the store once you checkout, you just have to ask for utensils from the cashier! Ended up getting the California roll poke and oyster sauce ahi along with some Hawaiian sun from the store.”
“I'm not often out this way anymore but when I am I make time to swing by. The commissary is my main grocery store whether it's Schofield or Hickam. I avoid the NEX one at all costs. It's just not worth the hassle or the crowds... it's nuts. Hickam's bathrooms are consistently clean as well as the commissary over all. It's nice having things in order and clean. That really matters to me. It's well organized, they have a good selection of items and the shelves are usually well stocked. I've had them order special request items and it's been smooth and they have arrived on island sooner than anticipated! If you have access I recommend you swing by. Until next time”

91-5431 Kapolei Pkwy Suite 1704, Kapolei“My family visited the noodle bar. So excited with great selections. My suggestion would be, we planned to eat our noodle there. One of the ladies pointed out wherever can eat.Because we were going to eat there, the noodles was cold, wish it could get shocked in hot water, when we ordered, and when we poured our broth in the bowl it would be hot, not cold.Thank you for your attention on this matter.”
9AM - 9:30PM
1535 Pensacola St, Honolulu“Thank you Alvin...It's a place that if you know...you know. Yobo Mart is located right on the corner of Pensacola and Davenport Street in the midst of Makiki it's been on my mind for quite some time as seeing the pics posted by bestie Alvin though without Yelp directions I would have no clue where to find them.It is on the ground floor of Village Maluhia condos which is rare for this part of town and with a giant garbage truck blocking Davenport Street for quite some time I almost gave up as there's zero parking in the area I drove into the building's parking lot accessible on Davenport Street only to realize it's for tenants only...oops!The menu here is quite simple and the standard love of all things Korean food I really wanted the Korean BBQ Chicken and Kalbi though don't see it as an option and asked if that's possible...and yes it was woohoo!! This mart is quite busy with a steady flow of peeps coming in for various reasons, snacks, household items, or just a drink what a treasure to have this gem conveniently available for the neighboring area.I could smell the cooking in the back and mmmmm it's making me so hungry the generous portion makes it impossible to see the three compartment plate...two pieces of kalbi but into three and three pieces of chicken along with kimchee and Mac salad (are obviously store bought) but the proteins are just the most tender and flavorful bite I've had in quite some time.Chicken and kalbi both is tender not too salty but had the perfect flavor where you don't need a knife, there are some grocery items though mostly are snacks and drinks the food here is legit and place to rave about...if you can find parking.Thank you!”
“This store has more items than the nearby ABC store and the prices are more reasonable. The store is much larger than expected. If you are staying in a hotel with a kitchen, this store is recommended.”
“There is a water cooler/restroom!The prices are high for the Kakaako area, as they sell organic products. If you were based in Waikiki, this is the kind of store you would go to if what you wanted was only available here.I bought a slice of pizza here and ate it for two people (it was big enough). Perhaps by chance, there were no pizzas with meat in them. I wonder if the restaurant as a whole is vegan? From here, we walked to Whole Foods, Ward Village, and Ala Moana Center. Perhaps because it was daytime, I was able to walk around without feeling scared (there were also a few tourists).”
“I went there to meet my granddaughter. But the aroma in the air was so tantalizing. I had to follow my nose...all the way to the deli. Everything looked so ONO! Noticed the plates were well worth the price, plus a free drink! I had the fried chicken plate. 3 choice of side, 3 BIG chicken thighs, and a can of Pepsi 9.99 plus tax. FRIED PERFECTLY, NOT OILY. Better than Zippys chicken! Drove all the way down from waianae to get the steak and shrimp plate! Well worth it!”
“Located in the Koolau area, across from Valley of the Temples, this is similar to the other Times Supermarket setup. There is a small section for Japanese food and other Asian food. There is no self checkout, only regular checkout lines. Overall okay place to buy groceries.”
7:30AM - 4:30PM
175 Kahelu Ave #1, Mililani“You can't go wrong if you are in the area. The selection is so big you can't just walk the isles, you have to look at every box because they are all different snacks. I wish their drinks were better priced/ more unique beverages but you don't come here for drinks, you come to find the 5 for a $1 deals on snacks that are normally $3 each”
8:30AM - 3:30PM
419 Waiakamilo Rd, Honolulu“If anyone wants fresh eggs and support local, this is the place to go! They offer good deals every day. The aunties behind the counter are always friendly. Service is quick. They do not accept any bills over 20. Debit or credit is also accepted. There is a good amount of parking stalls outside of the store. We've been customers for decades and as long as they keep up the good work, we will continue to buy from them.”
“Went for 1 item, wasn't sure if they would carry the product. The angels were with me because despite crazy drivers, ridiculous rain and absurd winds, I was able to purchase this item without a problem. Oh, and for the first time I paid contactless ..... super weird but oddly satisfying.”

94-809 Lumiaina St, Waipahu“Newest Safeway on the island. More options for Waipahu residents and larger store than the nearest Foodland and Times. Plenty of parking. Prices expensive if not on sale.”
“How did I not know about Foodland. Thx Google. Google Foodland. Very clean and spacious grocery store by any standards. Parking lot is a bit small to park a Tahoe but we managed. All employees we encountered we were very nice and helpful. The inventory of Foodland is not really missing a thing. The deli is bomb. Pastries are in abundance. You will also find traditional hawaiian "go to's". We also found that there were many open cashiers making it a breeze to check out. The highlight of our trip was the many different Poke bowls they have that were reasonably priced. Never Poke priced so fair. Check out my airbnb profile on my profile for california mountain trips”
“Over all in general this place is alright you can get items cheaper on sale on the outside. Scratch card is great and should be offered more often . This is the NEX not the commissary.”
