“Ulu Mana is fairly new - it's located across the street from the Hawaiian Chip Company. I did not try the freshly made ulu chips but I did go over for the ulu hummus. The tumeric was my favorite!!The shop also carries a lot of other local products - it's definitely the place to hit up to shop local or take goodies to family/friends in the mainland or abroad. The owner was the one helping me and he was really friendly and welcoming.”
“Super friendly customer service from Jonathan and Kat, as usual! this store is filled to the brim with ultra unique goodies and gifts you can only find in Hawaii. Prices are not necessarily cheap, but they reflect the quality of the store and the shopping experience you get, so it’s totally worth it. You can also take a picture with their big miffy lamp which is super fun!”
“This is a beautiful museum with a great variety of art and history. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and our hotel website said we got two free complimentary admission to the museum. I'm a photographer and jumped on the offer. NOTE: when we went, Feb 2024, if you are staying at the Alohilani Waikiki resort, they no longer have a relationship/don't pay the museum, so the offer on the hotel website is not valid. While we would have gladly paid the entrance, the employee who helped us, Nadine let us in. I will be making a donation to the museum because that's awful and everyone should support the arts. Please visit, it's huge and worth it!”

1170 Auahi St, Honolulu“I love going to Mori by Art and Flea! The curation of art, clothing, household goods, and more is so much fun to browse through! The person at the counter is always helpful. And although some items might be on the pricey side, they're definitely worth it! I've bought art, a candle (highly recommend the banana bread scent), and a keychain from them recently and love all my purchases!”
“I love the tuna mayo onigiri. I really love the packaging too! It's easy to unwrap and convenient in a way you don't have to touch the food with your hands when you eat.”

2013 S King St, Honolulu“Great shop with high quality stationary and trendy home goods. Lots of minimal, beautifully designed products. The owner is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I have purchased a multiple fountain pens and will definitely purchase more next time. This cute shop is a MUST VISIT when you are in Honolulu.”

247 Kalihi St, Honolulu“My experience purchasing from R & R Gifts in Hawaii was great. Their website was easy to navigate, I was able to speak with a store representative about my order after it was placed, and the shipping from Hawaii to my home on the mainland was very fast. Overall, great customer service and great prices.”

521 Ala Moana Blvd # 2-2, Honolulu“Great service and quality for going away gifts for coworkers. Prices are better than other options on the nearby bases or at the other shops in Honolulu that I checked (went to 6 places).”
“The owner is such a sweetheart such a kind beautiful lady. she is so talented. makes most of her stuff by hand, beautiful creations and a cute little store must go visit her stuff and her is amazing.☺️❤️”
“Love this store! Some things are overpriced, but I still found a couple things! Two things though: please train your staff how to treat the disabled. My family was treated nice, but when I wanted to ask a question, I was given a rude attitude and looked down upon. I left upset, and having paid too much for some lomo cards because the staff wouldn't answer my question. I asked nicely, but they treated me unfairly because of my wheelchair the whole time I was in the store. It's hard to maneuver, and I had to have someone else show me things several times. I will be going back though, just hoping things improve.”
“Great selection and always have something you like!
It's hard to go in here and not get lost in the selection. They also have a suggestions list, If you don't see anything you like , add it to the list, and you can come back in a few weeks, and it will be there!”
“What an amazing, beautiful experience watching our chrysalis’ morph into beautiful Monarch Butterflies. The presentation is outstanding and the instructions are very clear. These will make great gifts for any age. And when they emerged, they didn’t just fly away. They stayed in my wife’s hand for minutes. It was beautiful.”
“If you are into pop culture anime or video games, this is your place to waste money on cool things. If you like looking at unique merchandise this is a great place to visit that's kid friendly.
If you are walking around Ala Moana stop in for a visit. You will probably see something that you don't need but you want to buy it anyway.”
“Very cute store and the owner is always pleasant and nice. Her dog Otto is a cute, grumpy little old man who loves scritches. There is usually a good variety of items to peruse, and her prices for Sanrio products are always better priced than the official Sanrio store down island is.”

1127 Maunakea St, Honolulu“Crafting has always has my creativity going... Kim Trading is my road to happiness literally as this places is filled with rainbows of bliss for beading, jewelry and the limit is just your imagination. I'd say its' difficult for anyone to beat it's prices with her impressive selections with not just beading but findings and is definitely a great option to always check her out for comparison as I didn't do that and paid dearly for my poor decisions. Located on Maunakea Street directly across from the Marketplace entrance with municipal parking right across the street makes it a super convenient being crafty has it's challenges as I circled and circled not only searching but hoping to see that item to spark that idea bubble in my head. The owner is just the nicest and friendly giving you plenty of space yet will be there for any support or questions you may have. I've seen many who came here to be saved by items that were broken or needed to be put together without trying to make a quick buck. Honestly a place that brings so much joy in our precious items are simply a rare find. Thank you!”

1202 Kona St, Honolulu“We grew up knowing Iida's as a child and through my adulthood, later with my child. Generations of Hawaii folks know Iida's. I was so heartbroken when they were no longer at Ala Moana Shopping Mall. I reminisce and think of shopping there whenever I pass their old corner location. I will try to make a better effort of shopping Iida's when a gift is needed, or when I need something.”
“This is a lovely local family owned/operated business. We were pleasantly served by the very friendly and knowledgeable owner who was patient and encouraged us to take our time looking at all she had to offer. The prices are very good, selection is plentiful, and she even recommended alternative stores for food and perishable items because she does not carry any. I highly recommend FHL Hawaiian Gifts for all your souvenir needs.”

2250 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu“Gold N Gifts is a wonderful gift and Hawaiian Quilt Shop in the heart of Waikiki. You will find this shop on the Second Floor of the Waikiki Shopping Plaza. The shop presents a wide variety of Hawaiian Keepsakes, clothing, shoes, bags, Hawaiian Quilts, and much, much more. Take a look at the selection of high-end shoes at reduced prices and new Baggallini Bags. Two key features distinguishes Gold N Gifts over other similar shops, higher quality merchandise and lower prices. We were looking the last 2 days for a Hawaiian Roller Bag Luggage and new Italian Shoemaker Shoes for my wife. We looked all over Waikiki yesterday and today returned because Gold N Gifts had exactly what we wanted, at a higher quality than we've seen elsewhere, for a lower price. The service was outstanding and the new Italian Shoemaker Shoes are one of my wife's favorites!Do yourself a favor and give Gold N Gifts a look, you will not be disappointed. If you find my review helpful please give me a thumbs-up ???? Thank you!”
“The zoo was great BUT we Parkes in a handicapped spot and made sure the placard was hanging from the rear view mirror and got a ticket two hours later for not paying to park. Three of us and mom in a wheelchair and none of saw any signs saying we had to pay for parking. I doubt there are any. Why punish us when they didn't have any visible signs by the handicapped parking. It's crap! Would not recommend going for that reason.. animals were great!”
“This shop is one of the best souvenir shops! Cute things, great quality and good prices!! After returning home from my trip I regretted not getting some more keychains from this store that were super cute and I had not seen them anywhere else, I gave Billy a call and he was so nice and kind enough to send them all the way to Arizona for me!! I will definitely make a return visit to this store on my next trip to Hawaii!! Thanks again Billy!”
“Best convenience store in the middle of Waikiki Strip. Has all the amenities you need for your vacation stay. Big Selection & Staff is friendly. Spacious room as well. Thank you and God Bless Hawaiian Casuals!”

2005 Kālia Rd, Honolulu“Come here for your jewelry. Lin is honest and very helpful. This is the only place to buy jewelry in Hawaii!!!! All of the stores have similar items but they charge way way more”
“The store manager, Giuseppe Mottola, provided exemplary service! His friendly demeanor and knowledge about the items in the store made for a really great experience. I ended up purchasing hundreds of dollars of jewelry.”
“Decided to stop by at this place and purchased Hawaiian souvenir. They have cool collection of soft toys and accessories. The staff was really nice and helpful as well.”
“This unassuming building has So much to offer!! Such a classy gift shop full of unique gifts, home decor, jewelry and so much more!! Highly recommend you check it out when you’re on Oahu!! Doesn’t look like much from the outside but you won’t regret going in!!”
