I needed assistance with 2 items from Walmart. Shawna associate at the Pearl City Walmart made me feel very happy when she helped me locate popsicle maker mold which was hard to find. She also informed me that my inquiry was good timing because it just went on a special sale! Then when I found a set of storage containers that had no identifying barcode or product label, and it was the last one left, Ethel, another associate, did the research in identifying the product and getting the proper barcode on it so I could finally purchase it. It took her a while to do this and I was very grateful for her patience and diligence in assisting me. These two associates at the Pearl City Walmart were associates of excellence and made me a very pleased and happy customer of Walmart!
