Do not i repeat do not sign up for Verizon services. They are the worst with service, customer service and and taking payments. I got hung up on 2 time for trying to make my payment

From the moment you walk in, the vibe wasn't welcoming or friendly. I understand every transaction or conversation you have with a customer rep is all commission. But what happened to teamwork. We were the only ones in there but because we spoke to a certain Rep ( whom was busy helping out another customer) all the other 4 reps refused to help me. They just asked me to take a seat and WAIT. It just looked so disappointing when all 4 of them were gathered in a circle standing around while I'm waiting. They made me feel small and unseen. Waited for 20 mins. then decided to take my business to the Pearlridge Branch.

Staffs were friendly, courteous and well informed. Went there to purchase new updated cellular for granddaughter because her old phone was not working serviceable (technical problems). Wanted to upgrade my cellular but not completely sold to the idea and products expensive. Wanted a new battery for my phone but was informed they do not carry sell batteries. Sad to hear that!

Very disappointed in a business that serviced my business for more then 12 years. The service is no long what it use to be. Not only did I have a wireless. But (3) phones one jet pack, two ultra Apple Watch. Then I purchased a land line with Wi-Fi service. They have turned into sales first, and forget your existing customers. Very sad to see this carrier turn into 'who cares attitude. One thing my phones were getting only 2 bars on a 5G system. Their reasoning is, it maybe 2 bars, but it's stronger then the others carriers have 4 bars but we're stronger. Really?! Or is that just saying the services are not that good as before! It really sucks to see that they don't have the answers. Secondly, the expert business team member who sold me my land line and business phone to direct calls to the specific individual. Sold her products in October and still could not get it to work in January 2024! What! You don't know how it make it operate, but promised all the things it can and will do! Again very sad when they became a numbers first company and forget the rest! If you have a business I would highly avoid how they like to upsell everything, and tell you how good all their products are, If they cannot even get it to work through they're so called experts! Third, their Wi-Fi is weak! My office is in Pearl City. Very,very, weak. And if power goes out, Yes it won't work also when we had a recent power outage. I felt confident about Verizon 12 years ago with the coverage, the products, and the service. But like to ensure our community of yelpers not to make a bad decision based on how this company can mislead your options. I am not sure how correct this is, but was told this company did some internal changes and decisions that caused the bad service and passed it on as mediocre service at that. Sorry Verizon your loss is another carriers gain. 1/2 star for you.

I upgrade a new phone for my mom. The sales rep told me he transfer everything to the new phone. By the time I looked at it nothing never transfer. I came the next day after I bought the phone her trying to disagree with me!! Bad customer service can't admit the truth!! So now she lost all her contacts and all her pictures she took from her vacation.

Elyssa was and is great . She got me discounts reorganized my bill without me asking to give me a discount monthly of $65 dollars a month which will be almost $800 a year I'm so grateful . She also gave me more data and free apple care and discount on my Hulu account or Disney bundle. Graciously reorganize my bill multiple times and calculate 3 different options to give me great service. I like to get the most for what I'm paying and it could seem that I'm difficult but she never change her demeanor or expression. If you want to have great service get on down to Pearl highland shopping center request for Elyssa she will make you cry with tears of joy I honor you Elyssa and your kind heart and hard work be bless for all the rest of your days with joy peace love and happiness

Been a customer for 20 years with Verizon. Of all the times I went to this store it was a Great customer service especially Christian, he is AWESOME! but...Went in this past Saturday to return the trade in phones. Michael had approached me for my concerns and I had explained to him my situation and that I'm returning my trade-in phones and it's past the 30 days mark and that I have contacted Verizon and they stated I still can turn them in but to make sure it's turned in by Saturday which I did. Michael first off was rude to me. Did not go out of his way to help me. He clicked a few buttons on his tablet and just said nope can't do it . It's not letting me let you return the phones. And that was it. He didn't even try an extra step to see if it's possible to return the phones. I did mention that verizon customer service said it was ok to still return the phone. He rudely kept saying no he can't do it. Never again I will go to him...never! Worse customer service ever. At the end of it all, I contacted Verizon again made a complaint about Michael and simple as that...they had help me and I can return my phone through mail without any problem.

I switched carriers without much help from Verizon (Pearl Highlands) where I picked up a new phone. i paid Verizon about $30 extra to transfer data from the old to a new phone but it was a waste of money. The manager/Dana didn't switch over everything, and didn't even bother to make sure the phone's content had transferred completely. While at the store, I ended up calling Verizon for help with the transfer. Go figure. Nickel and dime. Horrible customer service. The manager doesn't seem to want to be there and is clearly tired of "helping" and "selling" phones. Avoid this location.

This location is useless. I went in to change ownership of a phone number and then start a new plan. They can't even do that there. They gave me a number to call do it instead. I do not understand the point of a brick and mortar store if they can't do anything there. I was asked to use the QR code to sign in - I did so and it bugged out. Fantastic branch from an even better corporation (obvious sarcasm). I guess I will try AT&T or T-Mobile?

At this location of Verizon, we would like say that they are Very, Very Perfessional at what they do to Help you, and to let you know who and where to call. So we wanted to turn off our daughters old phone, and they gave us the number to do so! Any questions or concerns that you might have with your service, your phones, The employees there will Help you in fixing it, directing you to who may help, and also have the knowledge in all of there services and products! We would recommend Them! They know what they are doing and does it with perfessionalism, and GREAT SERVICE! MAHALO NUI LOA TO ALL OF THE STAFF AT THIS VERIZON LOCATION! PLEASE GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE!

I was having technical issues with a new device and Blake was very helpful in troubleshooting the problem and explaining what was going on. Thank you Blake. I will only go to this Verizon store on Oahu as I have had very bad experiences at other locations.
