‼️READ OTHER LOW REVIEWS! ‼️YOU WILL SEE THIS STORE HAS RACIALLY PROFILED OTHER PEOPLE! Today I had the worst experience in this store. I have had racial profiling in this store before, but chose to ignore it. This time i was accompanied by my husband, and I asked for assistance being swatched for a blush and the sales rep told me that i could do it myself with a little white sponge. So i followed her over to the little tables set up for swatching and she takes one out and sits it on the table. She doesn’t even hand it to me. So on the inside I’m like okay this is new, maybe they aren’t doing swatches for bare minerals. Well then as I’m trying on the make up she stands off to my left about 5 feet away and literally stands there and stares. I look up at her and she acts as if she’s looking at products on that isle. I go back to the original isle to find a better color and she follows me while keeping enough distance without being on top of me. So i come back to the table and she returns to her original isle to stare and continue watching me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and i tell my husband i don’t like the way she’s staring at us. So while at check out I mention it to the cashier and she’s very apologetic. Well then apparently the “sales manager” I’m unsure if the lady was truly the manger or not because she proceeds to tell me that they have people come and rob them all the time and how they watch out for those people but that my husband and I aren’t those type of people. How i don’t even have a huge purse (i only carry a small clutch) so we shouldn’t have even been watched. I tell her i understand that as i have worked in retail for years. But being that i observed other Asian and white customers while in the store minding their business and no one stalking them there was no excuse for my husband and I to be profiled. She asks well we’re you helped? And my husband said no. There was no resolve. And i wouldn’t Recommend ANYONE of color going to this store as they do not value your service they treat you as a common thief and are trained to watch you! I immediately returned my purchase and will never shop here again.

I'm not one to leave reviews but it's hard find a great hair stylist. And Chicky definitely is an excellent stylist. She fixed my daughters hair from her trying to give herself a layered cut. She blended it in nicely without having to cut too much more off. 5 star plus! And I didn't feel rushed even though we were the last client! Thank you!

The cashiers seemed lacking in training. The one who assisted me displayed an attitude problem. The service overall was poor and unprofessional.

Chicky is an amazing stylist! My go to, she always works wonders on my hair. Trust her blindly!!! Love the manager of this store as well she nurtures a welcoming and friendly environment between the staff and customers. Clean location, great selection, always well stocked.

I bought Bio Oil lotion here and the Hourglass press powder. They have different selection of beauty products which you can't find at Sephora. Also they have a salon inside Ulta at Pearl City store. Nice customer service.

Got my haircut from Jerel and I’m in love! I showed a pic of what I wanted and he knew exactly what to do. My hair feels so light and bouncy!! Thank you so much! Will def be one of his regulars from now on.

Nothing I was looking for seemed to be stocked which is fine I understand that there may be specific shipment/order dates. There was an associate that helped me but I got asked like 6 other times if I needed help. They were all nice but I got a little overwhelmed that I couldn't focus on looking, it's nice the first couple times but I think 3 times is enough. I felt more rushed and I didn't want to stay to look for more make up. It gave me the feeling that this may be a hot spot for theft. If you're going to ask if someone needs help, maybe offer to be around if they need further assistance because that's your designated area OR tell me how you can help me..help look for swatches, color match, dupes for out of stock products. Make that trip to the consumer purposeful. There are a lot of options so it can be overwhelming in the first place. Just food for thought Taking my time to see what I want to try is important. I don't care to feel rushed and accidentally buy something I sort of liked just to be stuck with something I don't end up liking.

I would give 00 star but the cashier was super nice. Where where where do I begin... I've been in this store 3 times and 2 time the same associate helped me and she REAKED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. Speachless.. I can't possibly be the only person that doesn't think that bad breath let alone cigarette breath is completely unacceptable at a store that promotes beauty and skincare. I walked in and asked to be directed to the lash glue section. Another associate ( not the cigarette one) calls over on her "headset" for the cigarette lady to help me. My heart sinks cuz I remembered her from the last time. She goes over to the magnetic lash glue area looks confused and uses her "ear piece" to ask the First Lady where the regular glue is. Mind you, the cigarette lady has been working there for a few years at least because it was a year and a half ago that she helped me the first time ( sorry bare with me). Wtf?! How can you not know where your own products are? So cigarettes breath lady walks me over to the right section. I ask her specifically for the eyeliner glue version. She then reads all of the products while I just stand there waiting already getting nauseous from the stench. She gives me a suitable but not exactly what I asked for product and I take it to the cashier. On the way to the cashier I actually spy on one of the shelves the exact product I asked for in the first place! I then grab it and on my way to the cashier I see First Lady I show her that I found the right product MYSELF and she rolls her eyes and "whispers" into those earpieces like she was having a separate social conversation with one of her co workers and that I was I interrupting them. This place was EMPTY and I know why now. It's almost like some of the workers where rejects from Sephora and couldn't cut the customer service mustard. Their only saving Grace was the lovely cashier. OBTW... the Kailua store has fabulous customer service. Ulta beauty Pearl City do better, be better. OPALA rating on customer service.

Employee name Johnann was very sassy. No welcoming to her register, She rang me up and said I had points and if I wanted to use it I said yes please. But didn't apply them to my order. She then said receipt?! and I click the button to print she hand it to me with no words lol I said THANK YOU! While she continued to check her nails out. Must be be hard to work the cash register. I will continue to shop online instead. Employees at this location has attitude for no reason.

Came here with the wife. They have the hemp lotion that we really like. Noticed several other high quality lotions and brands that we prefer over the usual grocery store kine. Selection is mayjah. Staff was really nice and even apologized for the wait. Lady at the register painted hearts on her face, so I knew they were committed to the cause at this location. Next time I going send'em and come in with face paint, too, like My Little Pony kine...

There is a woman there with a lot of piercings in her face I sisnt gwt her name but she was so beautiful and very helpful made my shopping experience easier because I'm bad when it comes to chppsi g the right make up

This review is for the salon only- if you ever want to get your hair done DO NOT GO TO THE LOWER LEVEL PEOPLE they are called STYLIST (i think). You need to see someone with experience there because the lower level ones do not do a good job! Im so sad to say, I gave them a try on a recommendation but was sadly disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and outcome of my hair. The "stylist" I had first grumbled about the appointment saying that "she didnt make that appointment for herself to take that day" SO they have poor communication within their section as well. Then she rushed thru my hair service and when I told her what I wanted (at the end, cuz she didnt even take the time to ask and understand the cut I wanted) SHE TOLD ME WHAT I WANTED WOULDN'T LOOK GOOD.....when I just had that cut, I walked in with the cut and it looked good to me!!!! POOR COMMUNICATION AND NO UNDERSTANDING of cuts and style. Looked like she didn't even know how to blow dry hair, I was watching her blow dry someone else's hair and its like the dryer wasn't even on the head and she just moving hair around SMH PLEASE ULTA, REQUIRE YOUR STYLIST TO CONTINUE MONTHLY TRAINING!!! No one should be payjng money for horrible service and an uneven hair cut/no the cut they wanted!! Jo-something from Ulta Pearl City- you seem like a nice person BUT you need a Lot more training!!

Wow. First time in this store and it's huge! I didn't know where to start! I had a coupon from their email and a birthday gift to pick up. They send lots of emails but they have good coupons. Wish there was one closer to town! I was surprised at how many different brands had areas inside the store. Very neat and clean and bright. Cashiers were very friendly.
