This store has those hard to find foods. The treats and toys that are for sale are all safe with no byproducts or fillers. The owner is very helpful if you aren't to sure what you need. She will definitely point you in the right direction and give you the right suggestions. If you want to step up your pets nutrition, this little local shop is the place to go. She also has the most handsome little helper named Riley, he definitely needs a raise :)

Owner is very knowledgeable helpful caring and pet friendly. Her service is beyond helpful and better than the corporate stores we have on island. She cares for our fur babies and tries to help us save a little money than getting robbed at the corporation stores. I rather support local stores to give back as they give back to us.

Thank you to Jackie and Riley for making our first visit there a welcoming and educational experience. Our furry baby loved the store and totally enjoys the cows tail Jackie recommended. The store has many product and some that are unique. Jackie is very knowledgeable and helped us find another dog food. They have small bites of our food in the freezer so we will definitely be back.

First time here on my way to Zippys the other week and I had a mediocre experience. Came on a Saturday when the store had multiple customers so that personalized shopping experience many other people raved about was non existent. I just browsed around and applaud this shop for having so many smaller, not as popular pet brands available. If you buy your dog food online Id recommend checking this place out just in case they may have it in stock. Save money and support local. They also had tons of stock from local pet vendors on one of the walls. Inventory is vast and plentiful, experience was average. Probably won't be back to shop but its a cool place to have around!

My boyfriend always stops here and spends hundreds upon hundreds of dollars on dog treats for our Labrador but this last purchase was 100% regrettable. Among buying plenty of cow tails, bully sticks, braided pork esophaguses and other various treats for our dog we started seeing what looked like hide worms. We had never seen or had one appear until around the day we brought the treats home from Chow Hound. Upon inspecting the treats, we found an infestation of what I believe are hide worms/beetles! We immediately took the following pic and video before quickly throwing the remaining treats and pork esophaguses away. I had to clean and sanitize the entire house and I hope my dog doesn't become ill by having likely ingested some of these bugs. We will never buy anything from this place, again.

It's a GREAT place for food for YOUR DOGS mainly, NOT SO MUCH for cats. I was mistaken that I THOUGHT it could have some stuff for cats, yes but not many, and the do not sell body harness for any kind of your furbabbies. The ladies were kind =) .

Rescued a 12 year old dog and had a bunch of questions on how and what to feed her, due to her issues. Love this place! I'd drive from town just for the treats! Such a great place! One calorie treats...just saying...wish they had those for HUMANS! My dog loves them!!

Went in to see if they sold Stella and Chewys Puppy formula. When I asked the woman (Asian with short gray hair) at the register she stared at me and retorted rudely, "No. You gonna to feed your puppy raw food?" The Chow Hound sells Stella and Chewys, I'm not sure why the rude and judgmental attitude. When I go into a store the last thing I'm looking for is having to deal with a rude owner. So disappointed. Definitely NOT recommended.

It was our first time coming into the store and we were browsing for new food or treats for our baby corgi. Jackie went out of her way to find a good food source that our corgi would like. She gave us a sample bag which we found out our puppy likes!! Will be coming back to buy a bigger bag! Also found out only Walmart or this place sells that only kind of food. Greatly recommended!!
