"Claims to be open 24/7" but there is just a very young clerk who has the store closed and wont open it and just does nothing. This is false information about this being always open and needs to be dealt with

With at least 8 gallons of fuel purchase, you have a choice of a FREE drink of your choice. * anything except 2-liter drinks, still an awesome promo! The cards predicted that I have an opportunity to choose differently, so I chose the Starbucks energy drink. Retails $3.79. There's other drinks that are same or more, still free. Mary the cashier shared the promo!

PSA: If you are getting gas alone, make sure you leave your purse in the car and lock the doors. I was approached by a man carrying a fourloko (alcoholic energy drink) asking for what I'm assuming is money. I couldn't understand what he was saying, but I got him to leave me alone after telling him I didn't have money like 5 times.So please be aware, the gas station is great, just prices are higher than at the wholesale gas stations.

This review concerns the Kalihi Texaco at 743 N. King St. I realize that this yelp page is for the Pearl City Texaco, but they are both operated by the Gennesart Group LLC, and I see no reason why the Pearl City Texaco would function any differently than the Kalihi Texaco. To save yourself time, DO NOT GO HERE! In short, they sold me a car wash that didn't clean my car. I voiced my complaint respectfully and courteously. I requested a refund or to let me pay the difference b/w the amount for the car wash I chose ($9.00) and the premium car wash offered ($13.00). The Texaco employees wouldn't let me do either. My wife then disputed with the employees, and the Texaco employees called my wife a liar. We then demanded the contact information of the manager. The Texaco employees initially refused. After going back-and-forth, they reluctantly gave us the number to the Pearl City Texaco and told us to reach their manager there. My wife and I called that number 6-7 times and left 4 messages over the course of a week. The employees at the Pearl City Texaco assured us that the manager would call back. It's been over two months and still no call back. All I can say is that the experience was so frustrating and maddening that my wife and I will never purchase another good or service at any Texaco or Chevron store. Judging by the google reviews for this place, others have had even worse experiences.

I fill up here almost every other week. Its usually a little cheaper than other gas stations around the area. The station is a little bigger then most which is a plus so it does not really get congested. I have not dealt with the staff yet since I pay with card and I'm gone.

Sometimes, it really helps to read. Here is why... I have been here before and never bothered to look at the price sign. Today, I noticed it's 10 cents cheaper per gallon if you pay by cash versus credit or debit. When did that happen? That's because I don't read thoroughly. Shame on me! I do like this location because it's very spacious and clean. It's not too busy and crazy. The staff here is friendly and nice too!
