This Times layout is so different from the one in Mililani but we came here specifically for our fur bebe's dog food which was out.Good chance since we also picked up cottage cheese with strawberries, yogurt, Chazuke seasoning and the remaining items we needed for our salsa: cilantro, lime, sweet onion and scoops tortilla chips. What happens in Mexico doesn't necessarily stay in Mexico. Our salsa making lesson will be out to good practice. Now to find out where to get a virgin strawberry margarita.

08/07/22, 16:54, I just picked up dinner at Times Waimalu and the lady who helped me was so very nice! She was patient while I looked over the choice of entree. After I finally decided, she patiently asked for my three choice of sides, even if she probably repeated herself all day long. I couldn't decide on a 3rd and she offered an excellent choice, which I accepted. That wasn't even the best part. She rang up not just my food, but a few other items too. She saw I didn't have a bag to carry my purchases and she brought out a cardboard box for me to load all of my items. To top it off, she reminded me that a free soft drink was also included! I wish I caught her name, besides Cashier 0010. Please send along a warm aloha to such a valuable employee!

I always have a good experience shopping here. The clerks look quite serious but once you interact they are pleasant, helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs.

I am furious with this Times Super Market! My husband just bought food there, and the portion sizes got so small! We paid more money and got very little on our plates!!! Shame on this business. Ripping customers off! Not recommended.

I called Times Aiea location to order a fruit basket since they're located about a mile from my home but was told they ran out of baskets. I then called this Pearl City location and they could accommodate. They have 3 basket sizes: - 10" is $22 - 14" is $27 - 16" is $32 They informed me that I could call in my order 30 minutes before pickup which is awesome! I ordered the 14" and called it in an hour and a half before pickup. It was so nice...very satisfied!

I would say GREAT but they have such a small and limited space that they may not be able to display EVERYTHING they want. But for the most part, this location is the ONLY location that I know that HAS some POSITIVE QI (CHI) FLOW. Meaning, the moment you walk into the entrance, there's something about how they have everything set up. It seems as if you know where to go and where everything is without feeling overwhelmed or lost. Things are displayed well and opened and not overbearing with unnecessary displays or bulks of crates or shelved items. It's always upkept in cleanliness and they have a more welcoming spirit in this store. Employees seem caring and helpful. They seem to always have enough workers on the floor and at the register. There isn't a moment when I went there, where we had to wait for someone to cash us out. They always have someone there! Then upon entrance, there is always someone out there wiping the carts down too. So that, it totally appreciate. Their carts aren't ever in the lots. Its always put back into the cart isles or at the entrance. I guess those who shop here do have a keen sense of consideration, for the most part. I usually do most of my grocery shopping here since we need to come once a month to pick up prescription medications. Oh and they're pretty much the only pharmacy I know who always has MOST SCRIPTS on hand as well as share their care and love for their customers by giving out COVID necessities for FREE! Not a lot, but one or two. But this is while supplies lasts. This is very helpful for many families who are members of Times pharmacy. Not everyone has access or can afford some of those quality COVID products. And so, this was helpful for us too. Thank you WAIMALU TIMES!! See you next month...

So today I went to Times Pearl City ! Went to check out a the express lane! They were two people ahead of me and both of them purchased alcohol not once did the cashier ask them for I'd or to remove their mask! One of the customer had a hat and sunglasses on! When it became my turn I showed my I'd , then was asked to remove my mask!! Why?? The other people in front of me looked so much younger than I!! I have never ever been to asked to remove my mask at any store!! Also I should mention my hair color is different from my drivers license ! Should not have made any difference !! Then my all my money was scanned in the scanner, WTF!!! ( I'm over 50 yrs old, ) Never ever had this happen to me !!!

I was just assisted by relief manager at Times Waimalu, Alyssa. She was awesome! I had a certificate from my employer but I had picked up the wrong item. Alyssa was so gracious with the whole situation and handled everything in such a professional manner...sprinkled with the true aloha spirit. Many Mahalos to you Alyssa!!

Over the top service from the pharmacy staff. Flawless coordination for a COVID booster shot and the consent forms from across the Pacific Ocean for someone else. They even called me to let me know the patient had come and gone and everything went well. I was also given additional detail which gave me instant peace of mind. I am so grateful to Times Supermarket Pharmacy staff in Waimalu. Mahalo!!!

First, thanks for Instacart shopping. Used it twice so far and it's quite easy and convenient. 4 years ago I bought a pineapple and it seemed like it stared to rot from the inside. Well, 4 years later I got another bad pineapple. Of course it's hard to tell the quality of the pineapple without cutting into it. But overall, thanks for the quality you guys provide in service and good.

Legitimately smallest poke bowls I've seen my whole life. A third of a pound is .33 I watched him weigh it to less. not friendly at all, his name was jokean. And during the duration of my shop the other associates seem just as upset. I don't know if this is just not a nice place to work, or what. I think I'm going to stick with my Waipahu times from here on out.

This review is solely based on Kawika who works in the Deli department. I went there today at about 1:15pm and there was only Kawika in that department. The line was getting long, there were about 6 of us in line. The guy at the counter ordered five (5) plate lunches. . . . . . so there was a bit of a wait. Apparently, the other person was on break. Kawika prepped all his plates with great care, it was very presentable, he didn't rush and get all sloppy. He just did a great job. When I finally got to the counter, Kawika greeted me and thanked me for waiting. He was very polite and courteous. The way he treated me made the wait worth it. When I left the store, I had to call the store manager and tell him to thank Kawika for treating us so courteously and that customers do appreciate it.

On Thursdays here they have Hawaiian food plate with kalua pig, laulau, chicken long rice, sweet potato, and lomi salmon. Just missing the poke and poi and onion with hawaiian salt and chili pepper water. The plate even come with haupia. Reasonably priced and even comes with a drink. This is my usual go to on a Thursday because I always love eating Hawaiian food and can eat it everyday.

We have been to this location before numerous times. It's like a supermarket but they sell your Asian needs as well. They have good deals in their advertisements and often stock up. Last night, hubby and daughter picked up fireworks and some dinner. They also sell food you can take to go. However hubby said it was busy. Maybe people doing their last minute shopping. The inside is clean and everything was easy to find. I definitely like coming here. So many good items. Plenty of parking right in front. I would come back. It's also close to home.
