Was not greeted upon entry I know it was near closing time but it seemed to be grumpy due to unruly customer but don't blame it on me knowledge of their equipment and phones was not very good as I got misinformation they used to be good at one time I don't know what happened

This review is a week overdue . I've experienced the WORST customer service at this store with the rep, Desz. It was UNPLEASANT and just straight up BAD. She was unfriendly, unhelpful, and just exuded negative energy that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The way she spoke to me was curt and abrupt. Her tone was a bit condescending when she would explain things to me. She did a transaction on my credit card and didn't thoroughly explain what was being charged. Her whole demeanor just sucked. The final straw that made me pissed even more was after she "helped" me install the screen protector on my daughter's new phone. She handed back the phone for me to inspect, I then thanked her, but she just ignored me, not saying anything, and just walked away. There was NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT WHATSOEVER! I left the store feeling angry and upset. I called the T-Mobile customer service call center and reported Desz to them. Apparently, the screen protector Desz installed had a small bubble. I went back to the store the following day to try to speak to a manager to complain about her, but unfortunately, I got Desz again. She fixed the screen protector that she messed up on. I again thanked her, but her attitude was still kinda the same. She responded by saying, "Mhmmm." as an acknowledgment and nothing else. I was gonna ask for help on an unrelated issue, but because of that 2nd encounter with Desz, I didn't wanna deal with her crappy attitude again. Instead, I drove over to the Pearl Kai store for help. At least their customer service was better.

Horrible Customer Service. The person, Vanja, I think her name is, who was supposed to "help" me was one of the most unprofessional person that I have ever encountered. Her stink unprofessional tone, words, facial expressions and body language was appalling. She seemed like she wanted to fight from the first moment I encountered her. I only said hello in a respectful way, let her know what the problem was with my phone and to see if she could help me. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but regardless of that, she's at work and needs to provide me and everyone else that walks in that door with professionalism, compassion, patience and kindness. If you have personal problems, leave that at home when you go to work. If you don't like your job, leave and find a new one. Don't ever mistreat customers. Good rule of thumb, treat people how you want to be treated.

For four days I labored on the phone with tmobile tech support and Sunny and Melvyn at the Pearl City Tmobile store. Tech support did everything possible to restore my internet connection to my Hisense tv. The effort and patience put forth by both Sunny and Melvyn was off the chart. Patient, courteous and truly focused on fixing my issue. Very impressive! In the end I junked the TV and got a Samsung. I'm thoroughly convinced that you cannot do any better than using Tmobile Pearl City as your cell phone provider. Thanks very much!

5 stars for Katrina. She was very patient and courteous with me who came in for help with a return and not a sale. She went to lunch late to make sure my issue with my return and customer care was resolved. She made every attempt to make sure I was informed every step of the way with the multiple calls she had to make. Thank you again for printing out the label and taking your time.

Ugly stank attitude ever walking into a tmobile store... cassie said upon walking in did we need help ?with an atrocious tude and energy... I have never been asked that ever in any store even outside of tmobile. Correction: hey guys how's it going welcome in what are we looking for or at today? Or what may I do for you? ... people don't come into a store to be corrected let alone as walking out she goes over to the coworker in the back to talk smack... come on if you're unhappy with working on Saturday quit you freaking job and find a new one. We were looking for a Mac book pro and she corrected us several times saying she knows for a fact she doesn't sell them. Didn't bother to open tablet to look told us we were wrong then scoffed at us when we left. Sorry tmobile you have workers like this... never coming back AGAIN.
