Loyal customer for over 10 years. Absolutely love shopping here minus the food court department.Management really set the bar low when it comes to addressing its issues. It is vital that this department get the attention it needs.I understand there is near zero profit for the rotisserie chicken sams club is famous for and it literally brings people in and back for more.I do not know if a profit is turned for the famous food court that offers a variety from fountain soda to pizza to hot dogs and more.People keep coming back for more!!!In fact, it is in high demand. So, with that being said, why does it get the least attention from management?Successfully running this department entails going to it and observing it's needs. When bad goes to worse I've witnessed on more than one occasion multiple Sams club members leaving. Walking out very angry.I've personally witnessed this and in addition, soda fountains out of soda. If not out then flat.Anyone who's worked in the food industry knows you need to keep the ice filled for it to function properly for a great product.Trash, trash on the floor because the trash cans are literally stuffed. Tables, literally left filthy as there seems to be not enough help or the schedule is defining run thin.Cashiers flustered, orders coming in faster than the cook can prepare them.Just how many ovens do you have?Your cook definitely looks overwhelmed and who wouldn't be when you have a sea of angry eyes staring in frustration. How important is this to management? If running the crew on a Skelton by saving labor is the goal it is definitely achieved but at what price?Where is your working kitchen manager?Where is the Pride from management and does this need to be addressed through corporate. It is everyone's responsibility to make sure Sams Club is a fine working entity. As a loyal member I would love to see this brought up in meetings. I would love to see your food court staff happy and not walk off the job. Everyone working at Sams club deserve better. Your customers/members depend on management to come though and do the right thing. Hope to see a major improvement very soon. For now we will discontinue food court purchases. Not because the food is bad but because I do not want to put more stress on the department as it is. Props to Pua for swallowing so much stress.Definitely deserves employee recognition.

I have been a Sams Club plus member and credit ca4d holder for over 20 years. Never liked the Pearl City location. It's always been an inconvenience. From parking to shopping, to leaving. It's a horrible location. I have been waiting for them to announce a Kapolei location or a new pear city location. The old sears would be amazing. I now joined Costco, and I see the difference. The lines are not like Sams Club. I believe it's due to the lack of employees and understaffed. It's been like this for years, though. What can we expect at this point.A positive note. The bathroom remodel is amazing.

Shopping in Pearl City, O'ahu, Hawai'i...As we passed Sam's Club while we were riding the new Skyline (rail transportation), my friend from First Grade suggested that we stop by and get lunch there.Okay! We drove from the Halawa Station to the free covered parking at Sam's Club. I'm not a member, so, I didn't know about the $5.98 (plus 4.712% tax) Kalua Pig plate - what a deal! It came with two scoops of rice and a scoop of macaroni salad - such a great deal! The Mac salad was a bit bland, but the kalua pig was good!We ate in the cafe of Sam's Club. It's in the corner, near the restrooms. It was a rather cozy space with almost no air conditioning. I had to squeeze our shopping wagon in-between customers and tables and benches. Hmmm...Yes, we had a shopping cart. Some items were just too good to pass up. For example, I got cherries. They were pretty sweet! We also got Mickey Mouse zippered hoodie jackets. They were on sale for less than $15 and were the last two in our size! I also found bags of mochi crunch (Costco didn't have any the last few times that I looked).I wished that I had a cooler in my car. I would have gotten salad kits. I paid about $8 at Foodland. Here at Sam's Club, a similar kit was $2.99. Uhg!Well, maybe I can tag along with my sister to Sam's Club one day. But then again, maybe I'm saving money by not going to Sam's Club? Haha! One challenging thing was:some of the poles were placed in the aisles. We'd have to wait for people to pass before we could get through. Awkward...Overall, it was a fun shopping experience. I liked the spaciousness, air conditioning, clean, bright environment, and scan and go feature. My friend scanned and paid online. We walked right out of the store!

OPEN HOURS:Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pmSaturday: 9am - 8pmSunday: 10am - 6pmBUSINESS & PRIME MEMBERS Hours:Monday - Friday 7am - 10amSaturday 7am - 9amLove this Sam's Club location! It's close to home, not as crowded as Costco and has everything I need. There's plenty of parking, upstairs and downstairs and in the same shopping center as Pearl Highlands theater, 24hr Fitness, Ross, Buffalo Wild Wings and more! You can get so much done in just this area.I come here often for my grocery shopping and probably visit at least once a week. The main groceries like milk, eggs, vegetables, fruits and meats are always available. If you find something special though, usually it doesn't last long on the shelf, so get it right away! They have a small food court that serves pizza, hotdogs, ice cream and some other on the go snacks. Their pharmacy is to the far right wall once you enter the building. Help desk is to the immediate left of entrance. For locations of their products, organization of the store looks like this when walking in:-All household items, jewelry, electronics, office supply, paper goods, home items and appliances are on the left side. -Outdoor furniture, sports equipment, snacks and clothing line the middle aisles.-Right aisles include all your dry/canned food goods, seasonings, beverages, coffee, baby supplies and healthcare products.-Back of the warehouse includes all the fresh and frozen groceries, flowers, meats, bread/cakes/pastries, ice cream and poke bar.-Ice bags, extra boxes and registers/self-checkout is all located up front. You're probably thinking, "Wow! She must work here." haha I actually do not but I come here so much and it's nice to know where all the items are located so you're in and out really quick!

Never have I ever thought that I'd shop at Sam's Club so much! When I was younger, I worked in a couple different grocery stores, so it never really occurred to me to shop anywhere else for groceries, really, even knowing this was one of my Grandpa's favorite places to shop when he was still alive. Now I'm grown with a family, and you realize how much buying in bulk can help you save, just not going overboard. Diapers and wipes here are an absolute lifesaver! I bring my kids shopping with me, and it is hilarious when you ask my 3 year old what his favorite store is, and he responds, "Sam's Club"!! He must be named after my Grandpa! Hahaha...Anyway, we usually always find what we need here, and more! I'm also grateful for the scan & go in the app. It sucks standing in lines with 2 toddlers. Lol

You know things aren't the greatest when you're willing to travel further to get similar things. That's my case...though Sam's is very close to me, I rather go to Waipio to do my shopping. When I go to Sam's I always leave somewhat irritated..no other place in the island does this to me. - Parking always seems to be a nightmare. - Parking stalls - They're so narrow, how are you supposed to load your groceries? Yeah you can go head in...but I feel that 80% of Hawaii people back into straight stalls. Costco has it figured out with huge stalls..which makes loading your car way faster. - After paying- you gotta wait in a long line just to get out. - The building is too concrete where you can't use your Sam's Club Scan & Go app..there is so much potential to speed things up through this app..but it's challenging when you can't get reception. I love using the app since it allows me to beat the line but it doesn't work because of the lack of cell reception. There's so much potential with Sam's but for now, I think I'll go elsewhere..or the town one unless I really need to.

Aloha all; you all know what Sam's offers but this location has 3 floors of parking , easy access to food court, the customer service is unmatched. Also they have easy checkout just using the app. You can scan products and walkout with no line or Hassel.

Placed an online order Oct 29 and selected "same-day"'delivery for Oct 30 between 3:00-5:00. It never showed up and the app still says "In Progress". I call the store and first they tell me it takes a week because it comes by FedEx and it's coming from mainland. I had to explain several times it was a same-day order. They put me on hold again and someone comes back asking for the last four of my order number, name, and they will go check on it. After listening to the default Cisco hold music a couple times, it goes back to ringing and no one ever answered. 21 minutes on the phone, most of the time listening to either rings or hold music, and an afternoon wasted for an order which was never going to show up in the first place. This was the first time I tried to buy anything from Sam's Club after becoming a member and I don't think I will try again. Edit: Something was delivered around 7:00 pm but it wasn't my order. The site says to call them if there's a problem with the order, but I had to call the next day. Their main line says they can't help with online orders (what?) and I'll need to call the store.

I love Sam's Club. We have memberships at Costco and Sam's Club. I can say that Sam's has the better meats hands down! Many of the items at Sam's are the same as Costco. I say if you are close by you should give them a try!

Doing my weekly routine picking my usual Thursday order couple of flatbed load of food & supply. This time gone horribly mishandled and mis treated by pick & pull staff and his supervisor. Arrived and checked in thru the app 2:14 pm. About 3 minutes later a staff member approached me and ask if I could go in the back loading dock to pick up my load. I told him that I did not want to go there because I had a really bad experience the last time about 1 month ago. The loading dock area was super stink what appeared to be rotten food or slabs. That time it triggered my sinus attack that eventually put me out for couple of days. So I sat in my truck and waited for about 35 minutes for load to be brought out. The next thing I saw was this young pick & pull employee visibly upset that I did go in the back loading dock. I then told him that I did want to go there because of the foul smell and I explained to him that it should be brought out here in the front like everybody else's. I then asked him if I could speak to his supervisor to address my concern. The supervisor came out also visibly upset that I did not follow thru their demand to go in the back loading dock. Once again I explained to her my valid reasons and she still insist that I should go pick up in the back. She then walked away visibly upset, about 5 minutes later, The first flatbed came out was recklessly pushed out by the young staff towards the back of my truck. Almost hitting tail gate. He then grab the the other flat bed and pushed it towards the truck and flatbed veered towards the post and hit the post. He then walk away towards inside the store and mumbling what appeared to be swearing towards me. I then called him and ask him , What did you say? He then told me that he didn't said anything. This time he was walking around in circle and one point I felt physically threatened by the way he was acting. This time the supervisor came out and ask her staff to go in the back , With her realizing that this was terribly mishandled, she then proceeded to assist me with loading the big load. I told her that I don't think this what Sam's club stand for. Being a business customer for a very long time and someone who spends thousands of dollars per month , I don't think I deserved to be treated like what happened. In addition, the un trained staff mixed up my ready to eat dessert with raw chicken in the same box. Brought it the supervisor attention hopefully it will never happen again.

I give the Express Return process 5 stars. All I needed was my club card and the item to return. That was my fastest return ever.

Sam's club is like the messy, depressing, lowrent cousin of Costco. It has some good finds, but the refrigerated section is super chaotically arranged and disorganized. The whole store has 3rd world country vibes.
