Called to find out if they had a certain snack item in stock that we bought at the Windward City location. Although she was very polite, she said that we have to come in person to find out. Um no, I am not going to drive all the way there to find out there is none. Thank you, Ross, for that outstanding customer service ! NOT ! SMH !

Whoever decided to combine the refund line with the purchase line should be disciplined for making unproductive decisions. Worst change ever. Tried returning items 7 different times & locations but couldn't wait forever in these lines. Still have been unable to return because of this idiotic change. CHANGE IT BACK! There's a proven reason why no store do this!

I bought couple watches and when I got home, I realized that one of the watch, they scanned original price instead of reduced price that stated in the box. I went to Ross Pearlcity to fix it. I explained but he said he cant decide, need to call manager. I was confused why? I used to work in retail, its simple, match the barcode, return it and rebuy it. But okay, then I wait and I wait and I wait, its more than 10 minutes. The manager never comes. When she did finally came, I tried to explained what happened but she was so RUDE! Manager should know better to treat the customer! And trained their worker better! I wont cone to this store again!!!!

Service 1000% bad. If you like waiting in line for 20min...then having the cashier close (1/2 open) and look at you while the only other open cashier runs off with no one to ring you up...While another 2 employees look at you from behind the counter... with no urgency to ring you up...another 5 min later. Then yes come here. I'd rather pay double the price at target.

So far on this date (10/28/23), this is the cleanest and most organized Ross Dress For Less that I have been to. Walked into a clean, well organized aisles of clothing, make up, household items and more. Nothing on the floor! Bright lights lit the wide aisles, where you don't feel that everything is squashed into a space. Clothes were not so tightly packed that you couldn't look at the item without pulling it out with another piece of clothing hooked on it! It was welcoming store with discounts on many items. There were many clearance items as well. A great value for the bargain shopper. There was a line and it moved quite fast with sufficient amount of cashiers open. A security guard is posted at the entrance.

I didn’t get to catch her name but on my receipt it shows associate #2345189. I came in around 12:40pm and she was the SWEETEST person I have ever met! She was complimenting my choices saying I would look great and I can honestly say that’s the best customer service I’ve ever gotten on the island! Please give this girl a raise!! She deserves it!

Never buying shoes from Ross again. It's a shame that you can't return the shoes if it's worn. If the shoes are uncomfortable or hurting your feet you should be able to return them if you have your receipt.

It now a cemetery of the veteran, many soldiers were buried here. Nice place to visit.
