They were the only tow company that answered my phone call at 7 in the morning. The lady was super friendly, provided me ETA of the driver and the cost. They take card payment too. Super friendly. If I ever need a tow again, they'll be the first company that I'll call. Mahalo to the driver as well!

I run a repair business and started using Pinky Tows a few months ago. Very professional and a fair price.

Roadside dispatched to PROTOWCOL who was a no show no call after an hour. Then pinky's was dispatched but sub to Sharks bcuz they were unable to service the tow. Jonah at Sharks came out and did a great job. I waited another hour but got home safely. Thank you Pinkys for not dropping the ball and Sharks for the great service.
