“I was running around looking for safety check inspection and no one seem to be doing it without an appointment. I then remembered Oil Changers near Longs Drug store in Pearl City. I asked Jeff the manager if they do safety check inspection and he told me come back one hour before 1 pm and then I told him I can wait outside the lot of Longs. Then he changed his mind and told me I can do it now. I was so amazed and very happy that I don't have to wait for the next 2 hours and it was done in more than just half-hour. Thank you Oil Changer specially to Jeff the manager. I will surely go back there next year.”

“this location was hella good to my VW tiguan!! I needed an oil change not only did they do that and my car drives smooth again, but they also deep cleaned the sh*** out that thang. Vacuumed the seats and ground so no more sand, and all da windows are sparkling. And ofc i'm just a girl so my windshield wipers needed fluid so they top off all the fluids as well during the service ! Sis working up front was kind to me & my keiki and updated us with all the info (& a good spot for cheap tires). I was nervous cuz usually car place try rip off young females but this def got the job done! (PS if you look online they usually get coupons too) very fast car service”

“I'm a huge DIY guy, there's nothing on my Jeep I haven't done including an entire power train swap. but this misfire has stumped me. Unfortunately Andy isn't able to fit me in but he's been extremely helpful in letting me bounce ideas and courses of action off him. I've never met a mechanic that does that and he's been extremely kind and helpful. He's definitely earned my business in the future!”

“Had to write a review because of the great service I received today! All thanks to the wonderful customer service from Daniel, Kainoa and Daniel! Having to get my tires inspected and fixed is already a stressful ordeal, but they made it painless, quick and easy! Very friendly and honest workers. Not to mention the inside is a clean and comfortable place to wait while your car gets fixed. Will be using them again for all my future car needs!”

“I called around shops to fix my A/C. I was informed by another shop that I needed my evaporator replaced. I talked to Kawika and he gave me a quote. The quote was not the lowest I got but the reviews I read here on Yelp were good. First, Kawika was very professional with calling me back with his quote. Second, Kawika did not ask me to put money down in advance to purchase the part while all the other shops asked for money down even the dealer where I purchased my car. Third, when my part arrived, Damian informed me that he just needed one day to get the job done while the other shops told me they needed 2-3 days. I'm so happy with their work, my Genesis is cold again. I found a go to repair shop for my cars. Thank you Kawika and Damian.”

“Got an oil change here the other day. We got there around 7:10, right after they opened and it was empty. We were able to get in and out in about 15 minutes. The guy who helped us didn't seem to know about the $20 off coupon on yelp but he still honored it. Overall, one of the best experiences we've had with an oil change! Will definitely be back!”

“Excellent service at this local business. If you need a fast, friendly, and efficient safety check, trust me when I say go to Dean at Tagami Auto Repair. There is a white painted space to pull into for a safety check. Just park there and have your registration, insurance card, and last safety check papers ready. I offered to show my Yelp Elite Badge and my JPO (junior police officer) ID card from elementary school, but he said those were not needed. I highly recommend this business for your safety check needs. Fast service and no appointment needed. When the month showing on your car's bumper matches the month on the calendar, let the stars align and may you find your way to Tagami for an inspection that will provide compliance with applicable state law.”

“We've been coming here for a couple of years now even when they were under a different name... But I've got to say, the service has definitely been up to par! It's one thing when you have fast quality service, but it's another when the associates are friendly and get to know their customers.Came here around lunch on a Saturday trying to get my last minute safety check done (Silly me, always wait till the end of the month) Called in and they told me there were 3 cars ahead of me and that I could wait in the parking lot to be called. It took about an hour for them to get to my suv. Ed was fast, efficient and very friendly. I would definitely recommend people to come here early and get in line. For the price and the service, they will not disappoint. Glad they are close by my home and I can always relay on them for my service needs.”

“Colin, Winchester and Chelsea were all very accommodating. Colin even picked me up from my home on the day of the purchase as my vehicle was not available. How cool is that?! This was the first time I asked for servicing on a previously owned vehicle and was informed that it was already completed instead of, being sold something I didn't need. Not only that but when I did need work done, my vehicle didn't have any "extra character" like scuffed running boards, dings etc.....Well done gang!”
