“What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck. I will definitely be a return customer.”

“The crew at the Oil Changers in Aeia Honolulu were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I came back for a quick request about turning off a dashboard icon that was alerting me that I needed to change my oil (which I had completed the day before). One of the crew took care of it immediately with a smile and the entire task was taken care of in less than a minute and zero out-of-pocket $. Good price, great crew & management, and probably the cleanest service garage I've ever seen. I will absolutely refer this particular location.”

“Donnell at Burt's Union Services was a real gentleman! I had called asking if they could get me in for a car battery replacement that morning and he was quick to recognize my voice as soon as I arrived. Before we started he was able to check my battery to see if it even needed replacement & thankfully I didn't! He seemed just happy to help despite losing out on a business transaction in that moment. As a female customer at an auto shop, I was so grateful for honesty! He got a tip from me & any future auto business I may need!”
“The splash guard of my Civic got ripped off by some road work driving home from Costco last week, dragging along under the car in an unsafe manner. I happened to be across the street from Chung’s and despite being after hours on a Saturday, they lifted my car and removed the damaged splash guard. They don’t even charge me for the service. Can’t thank them enough!”

Having to get my tires inspected and fixed is already a stressful ordeal, but they made it painless, quick and easy! Very friendly and honest workers. If you’re Coast Guard working on Sand Island, this is the place to go. It’s right outside base. Mr. Tagami is fast and efficient; just come before his lunch break at 10:30am or after at 12pm.
He seems stoic, but he’s kind and humorous. I will be back next year!”

I brought my vehicle here without knowing what was wrong. After paying for a diagnosis, the mechanic explained that the issue was caused by my previous service provider, who improperly reinstalled certain components during my recent oil change.
He could have easily taken advantage of the situation and charged me several hundred dollars to fix the problem. Instead, he recommended that I return to the place where I had my last service done. I followed his advice and was able to get the issue resolved there.
I appreciate their honesty and highly recommend this location.”

“I thought I was going in for my second oil change with Oil Changers. Then they told me I only needed to be topped off. They poured in some oil and I was on my way! My first oil change with them was a great experience. My husband recently took his Jeep for the first time and also had a safety inspection and his radiator flushed. They work quickly and efficiently and their prices are in line with other businesses that offer the same service. Highly recommend!”

“We continue to come back to GMC Honolulu because of the customer service provided by Luis. He is manager now but he still works the front desk occasionally. I trust he is training his employees and in the meantime he continues to provide five star service. We had a situation where the front desk rep didn’t follow up on our diagnostic. (Don’t need to add details but the car became unsafe to drive.) Luis was quick to resolve the issue, and provide us transportation in the meantime. Thanks so much.
