Although all the employees do a great job in servicing the customer, Lisa, Kara and Eddie in particular consistently go above and beyond in servicing the patron with exceptional customer contact skills! They are knowledgeable, efficient, personable, courteous and professional! Lisa, Kara and Eddie are great Ambassadors of the FedEx brand and I recommend that they be chosen as "FedEx Employees of the Year"! It's employees like Lisa, Kara and Eddie that build customer loyalty and make it a pleasure to do business with FedEx.

I would give them a zero stars if I could. Tried to pick up a package I redirected to there. Says they lost the package. It has been about 2 week calling the representatives from the customer service line. No updates. Tried calling this facility directly, no direct line to here just to the customer service line. Package is lost and no mention of trying to locate this package that has been sitting here for about 2 weeks, maybe even longer.

Both Maria... Marie?.... and Dora went absolutely above and beyond to help me customize some photos prior to printing. Dora adjusted my images using the computer... And honestly, she's like some kind of symphony conductor with that machine! She was amazingly professional and thoughtful, really beyond anything she had to do. The prints were available, just a few hours later, and we're absolutely stunning! So thankful for both Marie and Dora... They are credit to your company. You need more people like them!

Super convenient and ease use copiers. Except that one time, I needed help with laminating, and female team member (shucks, forgot her name) was courteous getting the job done. Been to this location many times, and they are consistently friendly and helpful when needed. Way to go team!

Lisa and Maria are angels. I showed up right at 7 pm when they close and they were locking up. I live on the North Shore and far from a FedEx office so I was desperate to get in. I begged! And they let me in and took my package. They didn’t have to but they were kind and generous and helped me out. It made my drive home and my day so much better. I was so grateful!!

The staff who helped me out was amazing. I saw her name tag and I think her name was Maria. Maria(4/29/2023 Sat 10am-10:30am) was professional, informative, helpful, reliable, and kind. I’d never expected this type of high quality service and experience from Fedex. I was really impressed!!

I literally was shy of couple minutes before the store was about closed, and although the door had the closed sign, the door was left slightly ajar for customer like me who likes to push the envelope. Lol. I was pleasantly surprised that the FedEx worker greeted with smiled as I approached her with my parcel and she assisted me with my transation with professionalism and friendliness. Didn't get her name but it was today Sat 5:58 p.m. I do hope this review makes it to the corporate office because workers like her should be compensated well.

Wonderful experience for especially going in on an emotional level of grief. Went to get my moms picture edited and blown up to make programs for her funeral. Eddie was a angel. Patient, knowledgeable, nice and efficient. Not enough words to express my experience. I will be back. Mahalo Eddie!!

Went in for some card board mailing tubes. Only had 2 left size I needed. Needed 4. Called 2 days later, shipment came in. Was so happy. Talked to clerk Lisa. Didn't know she was the assist. Mgr. She was friendly and helpful. Helped me to work the big copy machine. She has patience. Was afraid of screwing it up. Was a big map. It came out good. Had to make 4. Good customer service on her part.
