I ordered a graduation poster from Ben Franklin. The customer service was exceptional! There was an issue with my photo but they were easy to work with to resolve it. The poster came out great and was ready on the date I had requested.

Much crafts and a nifty clearance section. I found everything to be affordable, but not a huge deal. Could see shopping here when there are sales to get some extra off!A wide selection of things to find though and I'll definitely be back for more of my crafting needs.

I participated in a bead bracelet-making class, where the instructor excelled in providing clear, hands-on guidance. The environment was friendly and conducive to learning, making it an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a positive and interactive crafting experience. Although the supplies are a little pricey. They should consider remodeling the crafting area, it kinda felt like we were in a makeshift storage room.

I love looking for pens, pencils, & scrapbooking/crafting paper here. The staff is very friendly. I also enjoy checking out the different local crafts in the displays (for purchase). There are always lots of seasonal craft supplies in stock.
