I needed Simpson strong ties to join 2x4’s and he showed me several different options. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I had gone to the “other” hardware store in Waikele first but that ended up being a waste of time. I’m so thankful that he was the one who answered my call and offered to help me when I arrived at the store.”
“On 11/24/2023, I saw a Christmas inflatable that I really wanted to buy. I asked salesman Mike if he could see if one was available for purchase. He checked all the aisle but the inflatable on display was the last one. Seeing how much I wanted the inflatable he went to check with his supervisor if I could purchase the Santa on a sailboat inflatable that was on display. “I was trying to find schedule 80 and having a tough time, since Home Depot and Lowe’s only carry schedule 40. Called here and they have everything you could need. Pretty sure it’s the same place all the professionals use for supplies. If you wanna get the stuff you need and not mess around come here, super nice staff that will help you out!”
