I had a situation with my taxes that was stressing me out immensely. Hanks Tax Service fixed everything and made the process extremely easy, in a very quick and timely manner, in the middle of tax season! Hank is also an extremely nice and amicable person, and it was obvious he is very experienced. The rate for processing taxes was also very competitive with other local businesses.

I was recommended to Kui at Hanks Tax service as my friend recently went to her for the first time. She was excellent. I had a new business through Etsy and had no idea on what to do or what I needed. She took her time with us and made sure everything was perfect. She even gave me tips and tricks and was so unbelievably nice. I highly recommend, unless she is fully booked, because I can definitely see that happening! I will be going to her even when I move off island as she can help you wherever you go!

I enjoyed my time at Hanks Tax Service. Pat was friendly and really knows her stuff. I am happy I found a place to get my taxes done. It was a great price for a fast refund.

Rowena is an awesome tax preparer. She's knowledgeable and speaks Samoan too. Very friendly and funny local girl who can explain my tax return in words I understand. She gave me some tips to help me for the next year so I won't end up owing money to the Federal and State. She's usually booked on the weekends so I scheduled my appointment on a weekday. Ask for Rowena, she'll take care of you.
