Terrible service at the Ka Makana location! We were there on December 28 at 3 pm and the man working was rude!!! He gave us a dirty look the two times we went in to purchase items. HE WAS USING HIS MIDDLE FINGER WITH SUGGESTIVE CONNOTATION WHEN HE HE WAS RINGING US UP ON THE CASH REGISTER LIKE HE WAS FLIPIING US OFF WITH IT! IF HE DOESN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE, THEN DON'T BE IN THE RETAIL BUSINESS!

My husband loves stopping in to Get Nutz anytime we come to Ka Makana. Which...seems to be a lot lol Today we came to grab a belated birthday gift , and we came at the perfect time. They had such cute prints on their clearance rack. They have new prints often so I feel like they always have a good variety of clearance. It doesn't get too busy, lots of window shoppers or maybe shoppers like myself. In and out. Worth stopping in when you go to Ka Makana.

We ordered Custom shirts for my Dad's funeral in the beginning of the year and Ola and his staff came through with a beautiful design! Ola was very patient and understanding with my dozen of emails with trying to make the shirt everything that represented my Dad. We love it!Also, we had recently ordered online for cyber Monday. Today is only Wednesday and we already got our complete order delivered. So awesome! Thank You all for your hard work!

Just left the Kamakana Ali'i location today @430pm & customer service sucked today :( 2 girls in the front .. walked in with my family (no greeting at all) Asked about a couple jersey sizes.. one would say no more, the other did the i don't know gesture. It was kinda awkward. Felt like they didn't wanna help. I bought a Jersey anyways because my young boy cousins & my husband loves this place & might as well support local with this craziness going on. Maybe next time it'll be better

My cousin flew in from North Carolina and wanted to support some local brands on island so I brought him here. Last Black Friday I seen someone walking around the mall with a pink yeti cooler so I had chatted with the sweet lady about it. They had a black one in stock though. Hoping they bring back the pink one soon. They've got some cute clothes for boys too!
