“The prices at the supermarket were the same, and I happened to pay more before going to Pearlridge. My husband bought a 2025 calendar as a souvenir, saying it was 50 cents cheaper than ABC.”
“I bought cups, chopsticks, highlighters, spoons, enamel nail boards, cutting boards, small pouches, eco bags, folding umbrellas, a small variety of Japanese sweets, cup noodles, and towels. If you can sell Japanese sweets (fu sweets, sauce crackers, pointed sweets, etc.), I would like to go buy them, so please let me know! !”
“Fantastic thrift shop. Small, but with enough of a variety of things to satisfy any thrifter. Ladies were pleasant and friendly, and everything was very clean and well displayed. Great find!”

801 Kaheka St, Honolulu“As expected, Don Quijote's souvenirs, meat, vegetables, everything is cheaper than other supermarkets in Honolulu.Especially the sausages and beef were reasonably priced.Fruits and vegetables are inflated prices probably because they come from mainland America. They also sell Japanese apples, and I tasted them and they were delicious.Donki's unique Japanese pop music is fun, and of all the supermarkets I visited, I had the most fun shopping here.Donki is good because all the souvenirs to Japan are cheap. If you drink alcohol, you may be asked to show your passport, so be sure to bring your ID with you.Majica cannot be used, so please do not bring it with you.The Serta Andakee store in front of the entrance is a popular store that has been around since the days of Daiei.”

1024 Piikoi St, Honolulu“Daiso the store with everything you need a one stop shop store. They have everything you need. I bought so many things. Everytime I go Downtown I stop by to look around. I never leave empty handed. I always find something. Reasonable prices items. If you haven't shopped at Daiso go check it out. You will find yourself going back many times.”
“good selection of poke and roast pork in the deli. nice variety of bento or get a plate from restos on the atm side. always a brew bargain in the weekend! this a go-to for last minute shopping to bring to the plane.”
“Ever since it opened in 2018, Daiso Pearl City has been a fantastic place to get a taste of Japan goods. From kitchenware and toiletries to arts & crafts and snacks, it really feels like a glimpse of Japan's Daiso. The inventory regularly cycles out, so it would be in your best interest to visit at least once or twice a week, just so you don't miss any sneaky new items. It can get pretty crowded during the day, so just be patient whenever the registers have a wait. It's worth it!
From a consumer standpoint, there are no deals or discounts that happen at an import store such as Daiso. I mean, everything is already pretty cheap (compared to Hawaii's cost of everything...).
The staff are all cordially available. The store at this location is fairly small and properly labelled, so it's not that difficult to find what you need. If you enjoy great コスパ (cheap and good quality), visit Daiso!”
