I went in a few times with a series of questions and every time, they patiently answered all my questions and finally settled on a light gray color with a natural sealer based on their recommendations. Their display floor is very small I think mostly ordering goes through catalog ordering and if they have it in their warehouse in the back you can pick up the different kind of wood, cabinets etc. If you looking for something for your new house or you're builder check them out in the mapunapuna area”

“We had our kitchen remodeled eight years ago by Home Depot, using cabinets (African mahogany) from Total, and it was absolutely gorgeous back then, and everything still works perfectly and looks great. I haven't even cleaned anything since the tenants moved out, some of the knobs and shelves are a bit dusty still, but you can see that it's holding together really well.”

“Been coming to the Waikele Lowe's for years and due to a kitchen and bath remodel I've been going to the home improvement stores frequently I had to post that this store's Customer service has improved dramatically. Last week I was looking for flooring and an associate walked up to me before I even need help. My husband even mentioned that it was rare not to have to look around for help as we have to at the competition. Later another associate helped me to check inventory and as I was looking for the samples to bring home he even marked out a plank as a sample for me to bring home. Last week we also went in for a microwave. Went to 3 places and this store was the only one that had it in stock. It was $10 more than the lowest prices store who told me it was back ordered but $30 less than the other big box competitor. I'm so happy to see a store that can manage to attract and train good employees!”

“What can I say about Meagan and her team? Not enough words could describe how awesome they are. We had a new home construction project and pretty much got almost all our tile and stone through them. If there was something I needed she would always respond in seconds...if not in minutes LOL. I would send concept pictures and she would search all over through her suppliers to find what I needed and at a good price. Not to mention they sell Artistic Tile brand and is a designers dream. Just in LOVE with their selection. It was such a breath of fresh air to work with someone so competent, easy to communicate with and to be able to trust. Meagan also provided great design options and went above and beyond.”
