Been with American Savings Bank for 15 years, with their Smart ATM integration I rarely have the need to interact with their tellers. I ordered Foreign currency for an upcoming trip, I made an error in picking up at the Pearl City branch, a simple fix, I thought, I'll call and have it transferred to the main branch. Not so simple, I have been calling for the past two days trying to get in contact with Ava to no result. The customer service individual even left them a message to call me and yet nothing. I was on hold for 30mins on the first day and then 20mins on the second, it really speaks volumes of how important customer service is to this branch when you don't return calls or even pick-up the phone. Consider a different bank.

I been banking with America Savings for over 20 years. They been really good bank and they have extended hours for customers. It makes easy for me to bank with them. Also they have great customer service departments. I like this particular Branch because branch manager appreciates your business. I believe sometime doing just little thing for customers can win them over. It's about trusting your customers and helping them. Gail give excellent service and her teller follows her work ethic. I wish there is more manager like Gail. Thank you for your help..

Shout out to Keiki! Or Kiki? Not sure how to spell it but she has the best customer service on the phone! I’ve had her help me a couple times and she is very clear and helpful. If I don’t understand something, she is patient and will walk through step by step until I get it. Very knowledgeable and professional!

Best Banking experience in awhile.Super friendly and helpful staff. Unlike a bank that starts with F... *....B...I'm not sure if today was a fluke day, or that it just isn't busy, but all the staff were very kind and helpful.

Do NOT and let me repeat, DO NOT come to this location. I deposited cash this morning and now 2 hours later I check my account and the money is MISSING.... Called ASB who transferred me to the actual branch and now on hold while they look for MY MONEY! Ava was helped me so be careful of her.

If you live in the area or even not in the area and need a good Bank to do your business with, I recommend this Bank for anyone young and old and in between. The people who work here really care about you, and they go out of their way to help you in any way possible. They will protect your money as well as you to. They will teach you what not to do and how to stay safe. They have all kinds of different services and always very pleasant and just as nice as can be . I've been with them for almost a year now and I'm so happy I chose them to do all my Banking with. I love this Bank and trust them all the way .

Walked In, no sign in sheet, sat down waited for about 10 minutes. Got up went to the teller to let them know what I came in for, notified whoever was supposed to help me and had me sit back down to wait! Waited for for about 30 minutes!! Now one worker wasn't doing s**** that person wasn't helping anyone and then here comes a customer just walked up to her desk and asked to open up an account and helped! I was pissed!! Waited patiently for someone to help me! But no one came! That's some b*******

First of all, this branch hasn't been remodeled recent years but there are some photos of them. Some mix ups here. Anyhow, I came here recently for international money wire transfer. There's a fee of $45 and another $6 because they go through Wells Fargo Bank. You can download 1 page form online to gather all the information. You need basic information like the person's name, address, account number and the tricky part is the swift code. If I understood correctly, ABA number is 9 digit domestic bank number but if you're sending it to other countries you need swift code or bank number and that's in all alpha letters. You learn something new every day. Anyways, what I wanted to share is that staff is very helpful and friendly. It took a second try for my wire transfer to go through because I gave them incorrect bank account number. The branch manager was prompt to call me to let me know that it didn't go through. This location isn't as busy as other location as I overheard someone say so I think that's a plus.
