Called on Monday(12/27) to schedule a safety check inspection, they said they're not doing it today. I said that's fine, can I schedule one for Friday. She said we don't do appointments for safety check, walk ins only. Came in today at 7:55 to check in for a safety check inspection. She says they're not doing safety checks until next week. I said I called on Monday. She shrugs her shoulders and shows me a post it note "no safety until next week".

I needed to get a replacement safety sticker because I wanted to transfer my safety sticker from my bumper to the bracket attached to my license plate. I came down at around 3pm and talked to one of the ladies about my situation and she told me to go talk to the manager. I told the manager, James, about my situation and he was able to help reprint me a new safety sticker. He did it really quickly and removed my old sticker on my bumper and placed the new one on the bracket.

This is for safety check only. I was the 8th car at 815 an hour later 1 car got completed as I waited in line, they rearranged the cars. By 923 a very nice lady came out to pass out the forms to fill out. I asked about how much longer and she stated at least an hour. Unfortunately, I had to leave after waiting over an hour I could not wait another hour. 2 hours for a safety is quite slow considering. I returned to my usual spot (in waipahu), had the same amount of cars in front of me and got seen within 45 min.

Called up and asked a few questions and the girl had a horrible attitude. Went to get my tires plugged and it took over a hour with only 1 other car in da shop.

I went here a year ago for a safety check. I was happy with the staff. They were very courteous and had great customer service. I returned again today for another safety check.

These guys are always the best! Discovered them last year for my safety inspection, the took me right away, customer service is A+++. This year, safety due again, I'm always so last minute so went back and again! This customer satisfied! They are super fast and the friendly customer service is a winnah!!

Came for a safety check during COVID-19 period.Quick FYI - safety checks are extended out three months after expiration through December 31, 2020.First, make sure you call and make an appointment, they are only making appointments on the day of, so if you're trying to get an appointment for tomorrow, then you need to call tomorrow;Second, make sure you are wearing your mask/face covering;Third, if possible, park in the lanes in front of the FastLube area;Fourth, it is not clear where you're supposed to go to check-in so as of 6/23/2020, I went to the window of the store and was told to check-in at the FastLube area where the workers were all busy and there was no one else who could help so I had to interrupt them;Fifth, make sure you have your current registration and insurance card in hand when you go;Sixth, be prepared to wait a little while, I was told that I could go shopping and they'd call me when my car was pau, but I just waited there;Seventh, if you hang out in their area, make sure you remember that they have a loud bell that rings when a car drives up to their area; andEighth, pay for your inspection and breathe a sigh of relief that you're good to go for another year!Totally recommend them for safety checks! I know I'll be back!

Found another ramen place that I absolutely love! It's a little different from the other ramen places I'm used to, but what caught my attention was the "BYOB" in their window. Decided to come here for my birthday. You come in and get a basket and fill it up with whatever seafood & vegetables you want. You can have ramen or they can even do a stir-fry for you with all the ingredients you pick! You can also have curry with rice and order fried appetizers. So many options! I opted for the Seafood soup spicy. It was alright. Two days later, I did the Cabbage Soup Extra Spicy #7. I loved the cabbage soup! So flavorful. The bowl is huge. You can actually share it. I had leftovers. Besides the awesome soup, their dessert is amazing! I am not a dessert person, but after trying this shaved isce with boba and matcha concoction, I was hooked. I came back in 2 days! I love this place & I will be back.

It is really cool you can make your own noodle just the way you like. They have my favorite bean sprouts, king oyster mushrooms and pork wontons! My husband chose tonkotsu ramen and I did pumpkin udon. The pumpkin soup was really good....the pumpkin flavor is subtle, not overpowering. This was new for me....never had pumpkin soup with Asian noodles. Tonkotsu soup was okay. Unfortunately both noodles were somewhat overcooked. My bowl was $18 and felt bit over priced but tasting how good their complimentary dessert is, it is worth it!

Review # 8 for 2020. I was sad when Aunty's Ramen closed in town, so I was stoked to hear that it reopened in Aiea under a different name. A friend and I went in on a Monday night for a late dinner, and there was no wait. Both food and service were good overall. 5 stars for concept because it's fun to build your own bowl. I enjoyed picking out my toppings, which included kabocha and kalo. I'd never think to put either in ramen, but they really worked. Next time I'm getting some scallops and shrimp! 3 stars for the broth because I'm pretty sure the tonkotsu was made from a packet. Not so good. Next time I will ask which broths are made in house before ordering. Awesome that they give you shave ice after with all of the yummy fixings! Lots of parking available in the strip mall. I'll definitely return again!
