My "go to" when I want a quick bite to eat - especially if I want a Sushi Handroll or a Bento!!!7-Eleven's sandwiches aren't bad at all - found a BLT so had to buy it!!!Unfortunately, when I was there Monday night ( 11/20 ), they no longer had slices of Pizza - that's what I was craving!!!

The Kuala St. Location is always busy. Easy in and out with the parking. Sometimes there is homeless out front, but they have never approached me. This review however is for a new employee. I went in today around lunch time (11/4/2023) and a young man was mopping the floors and he was working so quickly and, i could see how clean the floor was. I grabbed my usual a tuna roll musubi and a Dr. Pepper then stood in line. The same young man was magically now behind the register he smiled, was polite, and rang me up quickly. You don't see that kind of employee everyday. If you have a management trainee program, I would definitely recommend considering this guy!

Too many homeless people loitering around the Pearl City store. When i attempt to enter the store, an elderly person would block me from entering until i give any money. Also, There's trash all over the parking lot

Just want to complain. LoL. 7-11 is the greatest. I was eating their Turkey wrap for a long time. Today I had a bad one WTF who made this a kindergartener? I hope it's just a fluke. Thanks Yelp for letting me vent.

I definitely love this location but it's one of the most busiest locations. Hubby, daughter and myself came here to get slurpees. They have very unique flavors that the mainland doesn't carry. Too bad none of the good flavors didn't work. I ended up getting strawberry and banana flavored slurpees. They ran out of lids so we told the cashier up front. The inside was fairly organized and things were easy to find. Pretty much your typical 7-11 but with some unique items. We also picked up spam musubis. So famous for that snack. They sell different kinds of snacks. Parking is directly up front. Certain amount of parking spaces in front. I would definitely come back for more snacks.

When this location was being built we were so excite since we live right down the street. For us it's a perfect location to see our slurpee fix and any snacks etc. For location and convenience I would give it 5 stars. The reason for taking off 2 stars is because a lot of the time they are out of product. I want to say that more than half the time they don't have stock of the slurpee cups, covers and/or straws. I assume they run out because it's a popular location idk. But it won't stop us from continuing to make this location our go to 7-11.

Some of their drinks and food are overpriced, especially when compared to their warehouse counterparts. Though, I do remember enjoying Slurpees and sandwiches from 7-11 and I admit that the world would be a worse place without them. Really, 7-11 is the perfect place to go if you're craving a drink, a meal, or you need a few gift cards. If anything, I just think it's average.

I went there the other evening and purchased a large Somen salad that was actually standing against the back of the chill box. It was the last one so I was happy about it. But when I drove home, I discovered that 50% of the somen noodles were frozen so I kind of disappointed and ended up throwing it away.

I love the convenience of 7-11. The prices are high but in a pinch, worth it. Whatever you do, don’t buy the mini Lau lau for $9.00 or the creamy pork saimin for $5.00! Both are terrible! YUCK! What a waste of money. Usually when they come out with new items, I can’t wait to try them. I regret trying those 2 items.

Today, I called the store at around 1PM, asked if they could keep a fresh pot of coffee until 5PM, only because every time I come here there isn't any fresh pot of coffee, which is odd because every other 7-Eleven I visit there is always a fresh pot of coffee available. I would think since this 7-11 is 24 hours there would be a fresh pot through out the entire day. What I found very annoying was that even when I called this store ahead of time and asked if they could keep a fresh pot of coffee, there was no fresh pot of coffee available when I arrived. I would also appreciate it if the coffee had a date and time stamp to indicate that the coffee is fresh. Also every time I visit this location, they seem to always never have food available at night, their wiki wiki is always empty, and when there is food available it's already hard, and past food stability ( I'm pretty sure this is against food safety regulations). Now let me tell you about some of the associates. PLAIN RUDE!!! I'm standing in front of the register ready to pay and the associates are just speaking to one another and yelling in Filipino. They could care less that I am standing right there! Please retain your night staff to be more professional. I get that it's a night shift but you do still have to show professionalism. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOMETHING YOU GUYS NEED!
