Large gym but shower room only has 6 showers there is always a line to go shower. The locker room is big enough to add more showers less lockers that is where all the space is at so many lockers not enough showers. (SMH)

Quite a busy place but has everything that you need . A good variety of classes and cardio machines. Plenty of weights upstairs and downstairs. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful . I just wish that more mats were available.

Typical big box gym. Super packed, sometimes. Clean enough. This one has a pool, sauna/steam, and there's no lines for the squat racks like the 24 in town. The price is right, too. No one steals the handles to the cable machines, like some other gyms. People wipe down the equipment. Haven't seen anyone recording anyone else for improper form. Only downside is it's packed, but so is every other big box gym.

BEWARE OF THE SAUNA!! The sauna is absolutely disgusting, the manager should be ashamed of the conditions in there. It looks like you would catch multiple diseases by just walking in there. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t issued a citation it’s that dirty. What are you guys doing to clean the sauna? I’m actually curious.

The equipment available here is Great, However the men’s Restroom, Especially the toilets are Gross, coming in at different times I.e. 4AM, 8am, noon, 3pm and once at 6pm, the rest room space garners the same experience, dirt, hair, stains, etc. would be a much better space if this changes

Way better than Mililani. More parking, cleaner. They did not get rid of their pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna which is why I joined.

Good mix of gym goers. Great for the first timer or the veteran lifter. Young and old, for the most part are very respectful and courteous. There are some members that bring a tripod and camera to film themselves but not an uncomfortable amount. If you're thinking about getting fit this is a great spot to start.

Avoid this one, went in to work out and ventilation was horrible, been to Kapolei, Kaneohe and Milillani branches and this is the first time I felt like lite headed, with a head ache and couldn't breathe... The vents have black dust on it! Spray bottles for cleaning were hanging on the trash can... That is not very sanitary! Staff was nice, friendly and attentive, just wish they didn't have to work in these conditions...

This gym is filty..I reported that the ceiling fans and vents are full of dust bacteria and we are breathing in germs!!! Machines are constantly broken not working properly. Lots of time paper towels and sanitizer are empty. I recently went to Oregon 24hr fitness and that gym is super big and clean clean clean!!! very much well maintained!
