possibly one of the worst government entities I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. As you will see from my profile, I don't know that I've ever given any place a 1 star rating, but this place makes you feel like something is wrong with you for expecting them to simply do their job and give you your mail! I am still suffering the consequences of using this post office, from mail getting bounced back to just plain lost. I missed bills, credit cards, gifts from family... I don't generally call out names, but... Ryan and Margaret have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They are rude, throwing packages on the counter and walking away without saying good bye, getting in arguments with customers and just a general I don't care about you attitude. And Marlene who runs the place... Nefarious. It's like she's playing some kind of mind game with you! No straight answers! I am absolutely thrilled that I switched to the Haiku PO. They are so helpful, friendly and welcoming there. I hope to never cross paths with the Paia post office again!!!

Got our photos done by Margaret. She was very friendly and efficient. Also helped us with our renewal forms for our passports. All done in a short amount of time. Service was very good!

They recognize me, greet me by name, and bring me my packages -before I even say anything every time and I probably only go in once every two weeks at most. Kind of good spirited professionalism you don’t see very often and they got it monopolized

The most unhelpful post office I've ever been to, if I could give a negative star review I would. Margret was no help when I was trying to ship some packages back home. I am furious with the way she acted, telling me multiple things and then would continue to tell me the opposite after I would complete them. She was very short and rude with me. It was extremely unprofessional and now I'm not sure what to do with my belongings. Margaret- get another job if your going to treat people this way!

I love the people who work here and love the convenience of this little post office at the edge of town. There is always ample parking, their hours are reasonable, and the staff really do go above and beyond to make you feel like part of the community. I don't yet know everyone's names, but I'm sure in time, I will. I feel like my parcels are secure in their hands, and will find their way to me without a problem. They've got a good system going with the lockers and slips. No worries, ever! I used to have my first PO Box here many years ago, in the early 90s, when they were in their old location, so I have longtime fond memories, and a soft spot for this Pa'ia post office.

The staff here are very professional and efficient at what they do. No matter what kind of day they are having, they still remain professional and polite. Sometimes while waiting in line, I can see why they would be having a bad day. But they still keep everything going smooth. Mahalo nui loa e ʻoukou.

The kindest people work here! Margaret went above and beyond to help me, showing me how to save money and even took the time to find a PO Box that fit my height! I’m blown away by the kind attitude and dedication of the staff here. Thank you!

The Pā'ia P.O. staff is unmatched! I'm horrible at spelling, but Shantelle is the kindest and most attentive (& patient) person on the planet. The gentleman who works there is also very helpful and nice We appreciate this P.O. so much. Stay safe!
