I am 60, and I thought that this shop was too young for me. . . But I walked through quickly but then stopped. There's something here for everyone, and the prices are quite reasonable. I found two linen tops and a beautiful sundress that didn't make me look like I was trying to look 20. Definitely worth stopping in every time I come to Maui!

Best customer service! Great quality items!! Love this brand. I have done two orders from this shop for items I can't pick up in person- they are so nice to work with and go out of their way for the customers! They make the shipping process so easy and provide exemplary, super friendly service. Definitely recommend!

We were in there before closing. The cashier made it obvious she was ready for everyone to leave. Already counting the money in the cash register. Felt pressured to leave, did not feel welcomed at all.Could be a cool store if they had good customer service!

I drove specifically to Paia to get my friend a gift cert as a gift. Checked the hours online fist… arrived an hour before closing (5:00 PM) (after managing to find parking in Paia) and the doors were shut with a closed sign.Thanks for wasting my time

Very nice Boutique. Wife loves the styles but nothing really Hawaiiana to reflect the name. (Oh well?) Really appreciate that they're open, but to sell apparel without trying on (Covid 19) and only offer a store credit or exchange is not fair and NOT customer service. Honestly, once the sale is made they keep your $$!

I love this store! I have shopped at all the Mahina stores in Maui but this is my favorite one! I always have better luck finding something I have to have at this location. Okay I usually end up with 3 or 4 items!The styles are very cool and beachy and there are plenty to choose from. I also love that the clothes feel so soft. I also have to mention the great service and friendly staff there to assist you.

Very neutral colors, natural fabric store. Earrings $11-15, necklaces. Shorts for $48, tops for $24-38. I like brights, so I just followed my daughter around here. Friendly salesperson.

Great Clothes and Great Prices. The collection of clothing here is just my taste. If you like light neutral earth tones and pastels than you are in for a treat. The place has such amazing pieces of clothing and the customer service is fab. Def. check this place out on your way in or out of Maui!

Amazing customer service! I had recently bought a very cute macrame bag while on vacation on Maui. Less than two weeks later my bag started to unravel. I no longer had the receipt or tags but decided to go in anyway to see if I could either exchange it for the same product or get store credit and buy something else. I was in a bit of a rush because it was two days before Christmas and three days before I was set to fly home. When I went in to explain my situation, I was told that there weren't any more of those bags in the color that I wanted (black) and that they only had a brown one. I said I'd rather just get store credit and decided to look around the store. I found a really cute dress on clearance that I ended up wearing to Christmas dinner. The best part of the interaction was that one of the sales associates (who I presume was the manager or supervisor on duty) said that because they wouldn't be able to resell the bag due to its condition, that I would be able to take it home with me to see if I could repair it on my own. So I got to walk away with a new dress and the purse, which my husband was able to repair for me when we got home from vacation! I'm really happy with this level of customer service. I've never shopped at Mahina before but I will definitely be back whenever I'm on Maui!

Super friendly staff and great layout of store and display of clothes. It's not too crammed and you can visually see everything perfectly. I found a dress that came in 4 different colors; I wanted them ALL but just picked one (a gorgeous burnt orange brown dress that hugged perfectly and got a ton of compliments)

Visited this store on today. Walked in and although there were two sales ladies, not one greeted me. I continued to look around and went into the dressing room. Again not one sales person approached me. Although I liked the outfit I tried on, I walked out. I don't appreciate poor customer service and not being acknowledged. I can take my business elsewhere.

I am a long term customer of Mahina and recently went through a situation that made me more appreciative than ever. I bought a gift card at the store to give to a friend in her birthday. My friend lost the card and I decided to go back to store in the attempt of finding a solution. The manager heard me out and after some days she contacted me saying they were able to void the old gift card and place a new one for me. I know how hard that must have been and the time that must have taken because there wasn't any kind of code number linking my purchase to a specific gift card. I consider to be so important to go above and beyond for clients since that's exactly what I do whenever my clients have any issue, so I'm very happy with the customer service I received and just made me more loyal to this store. Of course on the top of all reasons it's their amazing selection of clothes and accessories, but a bad customer service would have made me look elsewhere! Thanks a lot!!
