Got a $350 dress for my birthday, didn't fit and they refused to do an exchange.
I would understand if it was a suit, but come on.... really. Who does that?
My family will not be supporting this place anymore, it's bad enough they are ridiculously over priced

Adorable shop with a wonderful selection of suits that are worth their price. Had an amazing customer service experience with the gal in the shop. She was the most charming and welcoming staff member of all of the shops that we hit in paia… and we hit every shop. Highly suggest going in, even just to browse, if it’s out of your price range. They’re wonderfully made and beautifully designed! And my guess is that you’ll have a positive experience with the staff, if they’re all like the one we had the pleasure of shopping with.

Beautiful Products but Disappointing Quality and Customer ServiceI was initially excited about finding Acacia because they have beautiful products, and the person working at their store was fun and easy to work with. However, after wearing, I was quickly disappointed with their products' quality and follow-up customer service.After two wears, the swimsuit I purchased looked discolored and blotchy due to sand being stuck inside the fabric (there is no insert for bra pads for sand to get in or out of). I have been unable to rinse it out despite my efforts. Even the thick lining around the swimsuit looks completely different.I reached out to them with photos asking if they had recommendations for getting the sand out, but they stated it is "a normal occurrence and they are unable to make recommendations." This is the most expensive swimsuit I have purchased, yet none of my other suits have had this issue. While their swimsuits are beautiful, if you plan to wear them on sandy beaches, I would not recommend buying from Acacia as it is, in their own words, a normal occurence for them to look significantly different quickly.

As soon as I walked in I got a warm welcome, such a beautiful store. They had a very wide selection of suits to choose from. It's a little on the pricer side but it's definitely worth it when you want a comfortable suit! Definitely shopping here again.

Went in and shop was bustling, this shop has beyond adorable swim suits... pricey. However Kelly seen my surprise, and with out skipping a beat, offered me some sale options. I was able to get both my 17 year old and myself a suit. These were out of my budget but this dang thing feels like butter. I'm not taking mine off. I LOVE. She helped me choose one that had the options I needed, thicker straps full bottom, and yay on sale!!! Definitely worth my money and time!

This is a locally owned store on Maui that has become a National Brand. Really something to be proud of for the Hawaii community. It is a cool store and the swimwear is unique and gorgeous. I am an older girl so I love their wonderful dresses and tops. Don't miss this store. It is small but they have a large online presence. Remember ACACIA !! It's gorgeous in all ways . Forgot that they also have adorable kids designs too !

I REALLY wanted this to be a 5 star review, truly. This was my first visit to the flagship store even though I live fairly close. The day that I chose to go, the girl working was a local looking girl and can I say, SHE made me love the shop!!! Not only was she super helpful and friendly, she had exceptional customer service!!!! I'm so disappointed that I didn't catch her name. I wish that all employees were like her in any store. She made my first visit here a 5 star visit. The store didn't even have a Yelp page to check into so I made one purely based on how amazing she was. However, i deducted one star because the location is not "local" friendly. Parking is a PAIN (which is why it took me years to even visit) and I feel like their target market is a lot of locals. So it's really disappointing that it's in pretty much the most difficult location on the island. It was also not a 5 star review because not all of the associates are friendly. Some need to work on their customer service. Just be kind. It's not hard. I mean, you HAVE TO KNOW that the price point of this product is extremely high end, so the service should mimic that. (And especially not in the pretty woman type of way). When it comes to the store itself, it is cool (AC) and clean and I love the esthetic and visual merchandising in the front window. Great job.

The sales woman was completely awesome and literally went above and beyond to find me the right cut and fit of a swimsuit! I wish I caught her name, she is blonde, but she was working Saturday all by herself and was still totally able to provide awesome customer service to everyone that walked in on the busy Saturday and everyone that called while I was shopping there for a little over an hour. Also, awesome quality bikinis!

The employees always are enthusiastic, kind, and give you a warmful greeting. The service is great and I personally have never had one bad expierience.
