They had a really unique hand made magnet, so we paid an outrageous price for it. Staff wasn't friendly at all though, didn't say hello/aloha, didn't thank me for shopping, didn't actually say a single word to me, she just hummed a tune to herself during the entire transaction.Edit: I am updating this review after the unprofessional reply from the owner. First off, it's Chris not Chad. Thanks for taking the time to read my review and respond. Second off, I am as unwoke as they come, but good job making assumptions. Thirdly, I would recommend maybe acting professional with your replies and not swearing at customers. Not sure why you are so upset. The product we bought was excellent and I get that it is expensive because it was hand made by a local, that's why we paid for it. Even though we have collected over 300 magnets from every state in America, that one was the most expensive. I would have given your store a four star review based solely on the magnet. The reason I originally gave a 3 star was because your staff was not friendly at all. To us or any of the other shoppers that came and went as we browsed your store. Now I am going to dock two more stars because instead of learning from customer feedback and trying to improve, you have chosen to swear at me and name call. Over a thousand reviews and you are the first to curse at me! Please take a deep moment to reflect on this and try to improve your business.

Great place! As soon as I saw the mezuzot I knew I had to go in. Got great service and the best prices for Koa rings. The saleslady (name starts with "S") was funny and welcoming.

The man running this store on the day we went was rude and inconsiderate, a horrible excuse for a human being. He deserves to be fired since he doesn't know how to talk to families with kids. Called my kids monsters and proceeded in being a total troll. Definitely hope this business goes under. It's loaded with trash.

The man here insulted my parenting because my son was playing with a wood puzzle on the floor (it was not broken, he simply took it apart and put it back together). I have never written a bad review before but this was so offensive. Do not support this business.

Loved this funky shop. Bought bamboo straws and really loved the pineapple purse, cool vintage coasters and large display of Christmas ornaments. The best items were the hand painted small coin purses--beautiful art work!!!. The cashier was friendly.

I wish I could capture the sound I heard in the store. The chimes are wonderful and earthy. It is so incredibly peaceful and organic in here- great light too. Fantastic customer support very reasonable prices and genuinely good energy. Prices are very fair.

Terrible. A friend of mine purchased a "Koa" ring there only to find out it wasn't even real Acacia Koa from Hawai'i. $28 huh? It's literally the same kinds of "Koa" rings you can find at the touristy shops in downtown Hilo where they get most of their things from China. No sign to be found that said "All sales final" or "No returns" Friend went there to return and asked twice for a return and they said they could not do one. Instead an exchange could be done. My friend is a very easy going guy but if I was there all hell would have broke loose. So he bought a whole bunch of stuff anyway and I personally went there to check things out. A lot of their sage, Palo santo wood, smudge, candles, incense is really really old. You can tell because of how dusty it is. Same goes for the reusable beeswax food wrap, looked super old. I saw these bracelets that I know for sure were made in China and they were selling them for more than $20+ each! The f**king audacity of this store! Organic trades? What the heck you selling stuffed animals for? That isn't organic at all and more destroying than helpful to our aina. They're selling also these flip flops that are supposedly to absorb shock every step you take. A whole bunch of other kinds of flip flops you can find at other stores do that too! And for much cheaper! They were selling them for $45+ PUH-LEEEZZ. Just a bunch of (bad, cheap) hippies that made a terrible marketing choice trying to milk as much money as they can out of customers. A bunch of other REAL ORGANIC stores in downtown Hilo you're better off looking at. I can assure you they ain't DUSTY AS F*CK like this place. Those stores got better looking gemstones too. Save your money for those other better stores.

I'm from California and I found this amazing shop last week when I visited Hawaii with my niece and her husband. The quality of the items they sell is first rate and the selection is the best I've seen on the island, which I've visited at least a dozen times. They focus on great design, quality fabrics, and beautiful work. I purchased a pair of stunning tie dye pants that were the best example of tie dye art that I have ever seen (and remember I live in California so I've seen my share of good tie dye vendors). The owner was extremely helpful, has a great sense of humor, and went out of his way to help me select the colors and styles that looked best on me. And he was right! I'm thrilled to have found a quality shop with beautiful clothing and jewelry and I will definitely return. This place is sweet!
