IMHOI stopped into this cute store earlier in the year and saw some cute tops. I wanted to try them on, but at the time due to recent surgery, didn't want to put pressure on my stitches. After I left, I kept thinking about them. Should've bought 'em then!Cut to 5 months later and I was back in Maui. I made it a point to visit the store again (I didn't even remember the name, but knew it was located in Napili Plaza!) I left with two new form-fitting camisoles in black and beige. Both were reasonably priced. The labels said OS (One size) and I squeezed myself into them. I can breathe in them, so they must fit. LOLCustomer service was very friendly. Yep, I'll definitely be going back next year!

This is my favorite shop on maui. The manager taya is very helpful. She knows the merchandise so well she knows exactly what will fit the body type you have. Beautiful selection very trendy styles & most of my closet is full of these treasures. I can't get enough.

I first found Blue Maui 5 years ago when I moved to island and was looking for a place that had unique pieces that I could add to my wardrobe. It was recommended by a co-worker when I had said there wasn't any quality boutiques on the west side of the island. When I tell you I walked in and saw the wonderful variety and size range (up to 3x in some styles) of clothing I was very impressed. As someone who hovers between straight and plus sizes, it's so nice to have a boutique where I can find the perfect item I'm looking for (and some impulse buys I wasn't lol). On top of having a huge amount of success clothing and accessory wise, the real thing that keeps you returning is their associates. These wonderful ladies will guide you through the store and make spot on clothing recommendations to try on. I can safely say a solid amount of my closet is now filled with quality pieces from Blue Maui. I bring everyone who visits me on island to my favorite store and send plenty of my own customers here because I know how well they will be cared for. Absolutely one my favorite hidden gems for shopping on island.

I stumbled on this gem of a boutique a few years back. Each time we visit from the mainland, I find something unique and beautiful to being home. I always get compliments on the clothing I've purchased here. Whether dresses, pants or camisoles, the prices are really nice for quality clothing. The sales ladies, including the owner are as genuine as can be offering great suggestions in what would look great on you. I prefer this boutique over any other stores I've shopped at on the island. It's definitely worth a visit.

The store is TOO CUTE!!! Very clean, and organized! The woman working there was so friendly with such a nice welcoming smile and demeanor. Im so glad for her, she was able to help me shop and made my experience unforgettable. She treated me like I was someone she has known forever. The prices are reasonable especially for Maui that I have seen. I highly recommend this hidden little gem boutique to shop at verses then overpriced Whalers.

Wow what a beautiful store and great prices! The customer service was excellent and was actually like having your own fashion designer consultant help you with picking out your outfits! I assumed it was the owner who was helping me but come to find out it was the manager Taya who honestly struck me as an experienced Celebrity Stylist!I can't believe I just updated my wardrobe, got decent honest fashion advice and only spent a fraction of my shopping budget at Blue Maui!Go see their newest collection and make sure you ask for Taya to help you style your new outfit

Dear owner,Your employees are costing you business.My wife and I went in there yesterday (2/22/23) on a whim before grabbing some groceries from a neighboring store. My wife picked out several items that she was interested in and I had a question about one in particular. The exact question was, “Is this handmade?” The employee stared at me for several seconds and seemed utterly confused by my question and didn’t respond. I then again asked the same question to which the employee responded in a snark manner that she didn’t know. I really didn’t care one way or another if it was handmade, as I would have bought it along with several other items.I questioned the employee as to why, out of nowhere, she seemed to have an attitude. She immediately became defensive and I asked if my question, is this handmade, was odd or out of line, to which she replied “yes.” At that point, my wife and I put everything back and walked out.I understand in these times it’s hard to find workers, but this is definitely the worst interaction I’ve had with anyone on the island and we’ve been visiting yearly for the last 3 years. Rude for absolutely no reason and seemed to not care about our business.

Went in looking for a gift. I asked the associate if I could return the item if I change my mind, she said yes. A week goes by, I go back to return it as I bought some thing else and I told her (different employee from the first one) I wanted to return it & she said we don't do returns only exchanges. I then told her I wish the employee told me that when I asked her and she rudely pointed at her sign that said "exchanges & store credit only" So I looked around but didn't have much time so I ASKED HER.. "should I get the store credit now or bring the item back when I'm ready to exchange?" she said to bring it back when I had time to look around & get something else, ok great.. so when I do get a chance to stop by again the employee tells me it's over 2 weeks so I can't do an exchange. AGAIN, I WISH I WAS FUCKING TOLD????? Why isn't it on your receipt??? I asked her to call the owner & she explained to me that she's off island & doesn't know when she'll be back. What kind of employer doesn't communicate with her staff? So disappointed. I'd give it zero stars if I could. One of the managers agreed to let me exchange BUT was complaining that it was wrinkled.. as if they weren't such a inconvenience already as it is! I told her what do you want me to do steam it??? SHE SAID YES. Not only did I fucking steam it but when I came back to get the new item I saw a steamer they had at the shop right beside her... So you couldn't just do it yourself???? fuck this place, don't shop here.

What an amazing boutique. AND THEY CARRY PLUS SIZES. BIG WOMEN WANT TO WEAR BEAUTIFUL CLOTHES, too. The shop had such beautiful items that I thought, 'I can never afford this. Once I started looking at individual items I saw the clothes wete very favorably priced. Hubby and I ended up making 3 visits to the store. I bought 4-5 2-piece outfits plus some jewelry and some kimonos. To Blue Maui: thanks for carrying plus size clothes.

Stopped in here for an outfit for my engagement photos after having no luck finding anything before we left on our trip. The lady working (I believe the owner) was great. She helped me coordinate pieces and recommended some others that I wouldn't have typically went for. I ended up grabbing my engagement photos outfit and 2 others. Highly recommend! And great prices!
