I have always looked to ACE as a friendly, dependable place to shop. I was in the middle of a very sparsely populated area in Hawaii. I was having a medical condition flare and quickly went into this store feeling grateful because I've always known people to be friendly and welcoming. When I asked where the rest room was located, I was turned away! You mean to tell me that an ACE HARDWARE store can turn customers away??? I am reporting them to corporate right now! Unbelievable. I'm so disappointed in this horrible representation of this "friendly neighbor" feeling that you show on your advertisements. They get an F for customer service!
