The service here was really outstanding and AMAZING! I got me a new iPhone 15 pro max and it’s working WONDERS! The budget I had is $300 cause that’s all I could afford and my helper Rey did a great job in making my budget worth it while still having a great experience! He’s well informative and well-versed in his line of work! The other guy that was also there is also amazing in do sorry I didn’t catch his name! All in all it is amazing service and well highly recommend coming back here for any future endeavors!

Khloey gave us excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I watched as she interacted with other customers and she was very professional. Verizon is lucky to have such a great employee.

Riel Dane was so very helpful in setting up my new iPhone 15 pro max and transferring my hubby’s info to my old iPhone 13 Pro Max! I will back there again next time I upgrade as he also changes my plan so we can utilize 5G and save a little $ each month. Excelled Service!!

Reil is a joy to work with at Verizon in Mililani. He was professional and knowledgeable about how to restore my service and set up my new phone. He worked patiently with the phone to phone transfer and did it in the most effective way to ensure all of my information was transferred to the new phone. My husband and I did have issues with our internet service BUT THAT DOESNT take away from the staff at this location, they are awesome. They’re part of the reason I won’t go to any other company. They really take the time to go over every question I have, even if it’s the same question. They’re really patient and the atmosphere is welcoming. Thank you for doing such a good job at taking care of your customers.

I cannot express enough thanks to Jonah Inocelda for helping me. My friend, Rose Lua who is home bound and her only connection to the outside world and to her daughters living on the mainland is through her phone. She had 50 viruses on her phone and Jonah was able to clear them all!! He took the phone home with him and worked on it on his own time. So very grateful!! He even had a smile on his face through it all! Thank you Jonah.

STOP DO NOT come here timeline February 8th we came into the store just browsing around while waiting for our food... was talked into upgrading 3 of our devices.... Informed of our $800 credit for each phone that we trade in so we placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra and 2 iPhone 14 pros.Never was contacted by the store that our order came in. Stopped by the store February 24 to check on the status and found out our phones were there. Associate brings out the phone and somehow they got our order wrong... ended up with a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra, 1 iPhone 14 pro, and an iPhone 14 pro MAX which we never ordered the MAX. Was told it's only a few bucks more. REALLY. Are you seriously trying to sell me something we didn't order. So in order to fix the problem we had to add a line to my account to order the correct phone wait and come back to do all 3 phones... So we leave and come back on February 28th. Associate tries to call me but I am unable to answer because I'm working. They left a message which I didn't get to check but also called my husband letting him know the phones came in and they were trying to reach me. So after work then practice we book it to the store... when we arrived there was another customer already being assisted. so we patiently waited until the associate was finished only to be told that they had been having activation issues and that if they activate the phone now it could be a few hours to days that we might not have service and that she had left me a message regarding the activation issues and questioned that I didn't get the message. With my busy schedule and my children and husband speaking to her she never told them there was activation issues so I just assumed the message she left me was the same one they had received when they spoke to her.... Apparently it wasn't. She said we can try come back tomorrow and they should have all the issues worked out by then. So we left...Came back the next day was told they are still having activation issues but we can try to activate our phones, but it might be about two hours up to 26 hours that we might not have service. Associate told us it was a 50-50 chance that our phone wouldn't work. We went ahead anyways and started the process praying that the activation would go through and service would continue as normal. Only after to be told while we started the process that we would be charged $30 per phone for a set up fee a little puzzled and unaware of the charges I questioned the set up fee which was I was informed that they said the fee is different than the activation fee. Now I'm upset about being deceived. But too late because he already started the process and I was being charged extra for something that I did not need/ ended up doing on my own. The kicker.... Mind you we get home and our Samsung galaxy S 23 ultra was not even set up properly. we ended up having to download all the apps that we previously had on our phones. So I was charged a set up fee for service that was not meeting my expectations. We were told prior to leaving that the phone is organizing and it should finish downloading all the apps. Which it didn't. #NeverAgain

Giselle and a former manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND trying to help me recover deleted texts and photos that someone deleted from my device. I will 100% be back to this store next time I need anything Verizon related!! ???
