“Highly recommend Hi Performance Towing. Our truck was towed by another company to our home on a dark rainy night after the alternator went. The next morning Billie from Hi Performance Towing came, hooked it up and towed it to our mechanic. He was pleasant and efficient. When we picked our truck up from the shop, we noticed a big hole in the chrome bumper. We called Hi Performance Towing to see if they had taken photos at time of pickup from our house as we were trying to pinpoint when this damage happened. Kai was really nice and seemed genuinely concerned. We were so surprised when she called us back within a few minutes and let us know the photos were reviewed and damage had already been done to the bumper as it showed up in their photos they took at the time of pick up. We had not noticed the night before due to it being dark and rainy and we were super tired from the whole ordeal taking hours. Kai quickly sent us the photos and we were able to deal with the previous tow company for a resolution. I was not expecting such great customer service from a tow company!
