Been with T Mobile for over 5 years. Didn't have problems and got all my phones for all the kids and spouse. But just this month, been back to them 4 times for same issue k rocky is good, we got there late and they was closing so we told him we come back. Next day came back and the chick who helped said cannot upgrade phone without listening to me that I knew she was talking out her ass. But ok whatever we left. She calls 30 minutes later and says sorry you can upgrade. Next day we go back and tell another chick we want to upgrade to Mac because we need the 5k for our kids soccer videos. She upgrades us but wasn't the max brah chick wasn't even listening to us the whole time and us not knowing about phones thinking we got the phone we wanted and told her. Lucky sis in law saw the phone e and was like brah that's not the max sorry but after my phones paid off I switching to someplace that actually care or actually know what they doing. Get better service from the pay phone nah rocky and Asian manager is good. Not the bootleg chicks

Switched from another large named carrier many years ago as I was seeing my bill steadily increase. Switch saved me $. Have since added two more lines and still paying less than what I was paying before. Experienced some spotty connections initially but have since improved. Happy I made the switch.

If you are a T-Mobile member come and see Cassie. She was very knowledgeable and sought out the support of her manager if we had questions she needed to follow up to give us clear answers. She was honest about our pricing and gave us all of the available options so we could make the best informed decisions that met the needs of our family. We had a lot of questions because we were transferring from one service provider to another and she helped to answer all of our questions.

It's unfortunate you don't have a check out or check in station. You have customers standing around waiting to be called and your staff not recognizing the new customers as they walk in the store. I walked in as was fortunately recognized and a sales clerk documented my name on his iPad with my phone number. I waited for 30 min and somehow my name got deleted. As gentleman who came after me got called instead. Frustrated I had to leave because time was wasted and all the sales clerk told me was that I was deleted. You know all I needed was a phone case and glass protector today. Now you just completely lost a customer all together as I am changing my plan. Too many issues with T mobile. Fix your system it's not your clerks fault. They were friendly.

I ran into a problem with this year's iPhone upgrade program. When I did my preorder with Apple, my mobile phone carrier was with T-Mobile. However, just prior to the release date, I switched carriers to Spectrum. Well, my phone arrived on the release day but it was locked to T-Mobile. Neither T-Mobile, Apple, or Spectrum was able to unlock my phone. The Apple upgrade program, if you're not familiar with it, is only eligible with only AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. So if I stayed with Spectrum, I'd have to purchase the phone outright. I decided to go back to T-Mobile and cancel my service with Spectrum. I went to the Mililani T-Mobile store the day after the release of the new iPhone. It was crowded but I was serviced within 30 minutes. The specialist that assisted me was Ferdinand. I explained my predicament to him and he immediately understood what had happened and assured me that he would take care of everything. He phoned Spectrum and worked with them for over 30 minutes to cancel my service and have my numbers ported over. He then activated my service with T-Mobile while I sat peacefully. He was patient throughout the process and very professional and knowledgeable. It was a joy working with Ferdinand and because of his great service, I highly recommend Mililani T-Mobile to everyone needing great mobile service.

I spoke to Rika several days ago about the pre sale of the new iPhone 15, Rika was so patient, professional and curteous over the phone she answered all my question. I did mention I may get the phone from Costco, but she was still helpful and even thanked me for being a loyal customer to t mobile 20 yrs. t mobile really picks their employees well. thank you Rika

Best Tech support ever - from Kaya today at my T Mobile store in Mililani, HI. I had accidently deleted my Contacts and went into my store a couple days ago - one tech tried to figure out how to restore my contacts (I'd done it once before on a previous phone but wasn't finding how to on this phone) but could not, so I left. Not wanting to have to hand-jam my Contacts back in if at possible, I went in again today to try for help once more. With confidence and in a matter of a couple minutes, Kaya said "I've found your Contacts and restored them" and there they were and she told me what to do if I accidently deleted them again. It is an electronics miracle (we had NO cell phones during my Army career, or even later in HPD). Kaya is THE BEST as is my T Mobile Store. Did I mention she is a Steely Eyed Missile Woman (excellent)? She should teach the rest of your staff and be cloned for other stores. J. Amos, U.S. Army Officer, Retired, HPD Retired.

My wife and I were planning on switching over from Verizon. We went to this T-Mobile to discuss our options, and Jamal was the rep that helped us out. He was super knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and overall made the experience quick and easy. Jamal deserves a raise, he sold us on switching and made switching a great time!

❤️ The NEW Store, However I was told August you folks will start Charging Customers when we go in to pay our bill.Other than that I ❤️ how the Employees Greet me, their all nice and friendly.

We came in at 7:30pm (30 mins prior to closing) they checked me in anyway and helped me. There was 4 people in front of me so of course there was a small wait. Kai was quick, friendly and knew exactly what needed to be done. Other employees also didn't seem bothered that it was 8:20pm when we left.

New remodeled Mililani Tmoble store,lacks handicapped seating, only has tall chairs at back of empty looking store,also there are no wall seats for waiting customers. And there is no front cashier counter for customers who just want to pay and go.These are very important for your valued customers...seats and lower chair are a big issue, especially when you,re having to wait 15-30 minutes or sometimes longer...Thank You for your attention to these issues, hope to see a change ,
