Checked in and waited for an hour just to be told they ran out of the device I was exchanging. I was informed that the router was held for me. The worker said they cannot hold devices then proceeds to say that she'll hold a device for tomorrow. 1000% call beforehand they are not trustworthy at all.

Unacceptable rude customer support at the Mililani location. I am shocked these type of experience is accepted by Spectrum. I’ll be switching to Hawaiian Tel. Thanks
