95-390 Kuahelani Ave #3AC, Mililani“Not sure if there is an actual UPS kiosk, because the greeter directed me to one of the cashiers to send off my box. Either way, my box is getting shipped so I'm happy”
“The staff is the best. They simplify the process so much! When shipping through other carriers, you have to go through websites and tons of hoops. Hawaii air cargo calls and asks questions and takes care of the rest! Thank you!”
“Can't believe I haven't posted a review for this place. Have used them for years to drop off returns to vendors such as Amazon and others who have free returns. They are an authorized UPS Shipping Outlet and just a little a mile from where I live so it's super convenient for me. Latest hours are M-F 10am to 6pm. Sat 9am to 2pm, which is what I believe they've been for at least a couple of years now. Yes this place is really convenient for me but what stands out is the friendly and prompt service. You get greeted when you walk in and helped immediately unless they are already with a customer. I really like that they are consistently VERY quick to assist you, no matter which person is working. Today, I had to be someplace and was in front of their shop two minutes before opening. EXACTLY at 10am the door was unlocked and the OPEN sign lit up. Since I usually take in UPS labeled boxes or packages, they take a look, recognize this, immediately scan the item and ask if I want a receipt (for tracking purposes). The friendly older gentleman has explained the details of their UPS related service, such as the fact that I don't need to print my own shipping label for the type of returns I make. (I do it to speed things up when dropping off.) They also have a few gift items (items vary) which is probably great for folks sending care packages and there's a little extra room in their box. They also have greeting cards, just like the post office. They carry Blue Mountain cards, a higher end upscale card brand - really nice quality cards. Sign outside lists the services they provide. Besides the usual printing, copying, faxing, scanning, and laminating that these types of businesses provide, they also have notary service. I've noted the sign says they make keys, and since I need some every so often, I plan to utilize them. They also make rubber stamps. They also pack items to be shipped and I've seen repeat customers for this service (based on their convo overheard while I waited.) I believe they have another location but I'm only familiar with this one in Aiea on Moanalua Rd across from Waimalu Elementary, and highly recommend them.”
“Thank you for addressing this issue. Despite the issue, staff here are all wonderful, pleasant, professional, and work hard. I am grateful that there is a UPS store in this location, near my home. Thank you for serving our community.
Previous review: Good customer service, but they always rushed me every time another customer is waiting behind me on line, and they seem to get overwhelm. You really have to fully assist each customer with grace and not rush them out regardless how many people are waiting to be served. I will and have waited patiently for others before me. No biggie. But if I was there first, when I said full service with grace means answer the customer’s inquiries without rushing them. After all, you are selling them products, and in my case, shipping products. You shouldn’t make customers feel doubt on the shipping product they just bought from you.”
“I ordered a paddle board from Florida and the Shipping was free from the seller through UPS. The shipment supposed to arrive on the 20th of June but the tracking system said it was recorded but could not be located a day before. I called UPS and told them the problem. After a while on hold and sent through several departments, the gentleman said we show its been diverted to a different location. We will contact you in 24 hrs and give me an update. The long agonizing wait ended when I was left a message while at work that the paddle board had been found at a different location in LA. and had been sent out to Honolulu and the new arrival date is June 30th. I was glad they found it but was still worried about the excessive handling of the board. 6/28 I got a message the board is here and needed to schedule a delivery. 6/29 I called and told them I would pick it up. I was not about to wait any longer the damage suspense was killing me. When I got there I met up with Dave if I'm not mistaken and he took be to get the board. When he brought it out I saw some serious gouges in the shipping box and I was like in my head f%#€! But when I open the box to inspect it there was absolutely no damage because of the extra foam packing I requested from the seller. It definitely set my mind at ease. I know people complain about shipping freight and have their peeves but I can at least say there was a silver lining in this experience. They did go out if there way to locate my shipment even though I had thoughts if having to go through the claim process. But getting a call within the 24 he period of locating it and getting a call two days before the arrival still made me think they did a great job at rectifying the problem and I'm satisfied with UPS. They do a lot of deliveries to us and they are pretty much always on time.”
“Amazing customer service!! I love them! I’ve used them to return packages and whatnot of course but I went in to take passport photos and they were soooo accommodating, letting me take multiple shots to choose the best one. All done with friendly chat and jokes and stories and real human interactions. Always a great experience when I go in! Best crew!!!”

144 Palekona St, Honolulu“Kamaka Air makes shipping things to Molokai a breeze and it’s affordable!! The staff is great and always helpful. I lost my wallet the last time I was there and they were so helpful in helping me search for it and going above and beyond by checking the cameras!! I was able to track down my wallet, and if it wasn’t for them checking the cameras I would be looking for a needle in the haystack. Love doing business with them.”
“Looking for cheap stuff? It's probably in here, somewhere. If you dont mind a store packed to the gills and having to dig for deals, you can find some bargains.”

“Another excellent customer service support done by Pinoy Express Cargo team here in the Philippines for facilitating a swift delivery from port all the way to our house!#5stars!”
“Mister Harry and his genuine aloha is truly needed today more than ever. I appreciate his patience with me being in a rush and his kind words. Thank you very much UPS NEX Pearl Harbor for your genuine aloha and honest kindness, a hui ho!”
“The only place on the island that has some fingerprinting scanner machine. No need make reservation, but there’s only one of the machines. Four stars because staff was a bit flippant at first , but all was good by the end.”
“Shay helped me out with Notary Public Services. She’s super knowledgeable on the process and procedures for legal documents. This store’s always fast and helpful.”
“Shane (not sure how it’s spelled) who was working 10/20/22 deserves an award for customer service! He was so nice to us and fantastic getting my dog ready to go for his flight. He gave my dog water and helped us secure his crate. He even sat with Charlie and talked to him before he boarded his flight.”
“If you make an appointment, you can skip the walk-in line and get all your passport stuff done super fast - I only had a photo appointment for my passport, but the lady (Daniela?) took care of me and helped me to mail my forms as well. Whole process was quick and painless, only took about 10-15 mins thanks to the appointment. Otherwise, I overheard one lady say she waited in line for 1.5 hours to process her passport through the walk-in line ? I can’t even imagine wasting my day like that… so do yourself a favor and make an appointment on the USPS website”
“Best place for quick printing, copying, even fax services. One stop shop if also in need of mailing out or returning Amazon packages. Personnel are always friendly and professional. Would recommend.”
“Although all the employees do a great job in servicing the customer, Lisa, Kara and Eddie in particular consistently go above and beyond in servicing the patron with exceptional customer contact skills! They are knowledgeable, efficient, personable, courteous and professional! Lisa, Kara and Eddie are great Ambassadors of the FedEx brand and I recommend that they be chosen as "FedEx Employees of the Year"! It's employees like Lisa, Kara and Eddie that build customer loyalty and make it a pleasure to do business with FedEx.”
“I needed to ship media to someone in Japan. The items were packed into a rather small box which USPS intended to charge an arm and a leg to send. The recipient suggested I use Yamato Transport. For one, I had no idea the Kuroneko service even existed on-island. I called in the morning to inquire about the process since I have always received boxes from Japan but was never on the sending end. Shimizu answered all of my questions and assisted me when I was there. She made what seemed like a difficult process rather simple. The location is easy to find if you're familiar with the Halawa/Red Hill area or use GPS. There are an abundance of warehouses on the road leading to Yamato Transport's location which is at the end on the left-hand side. There are no designated parking spaces exclusive for the business in its shared lot. There is only one way in which is through a door that needs to be opened from the inside after pressing the button for service on the intercom. The box I used was purchased elsewhere but I was told they have select sizes available for $10. I sent my parcel via International TA-Q-BIN Eco which worked out for me since the contents were multiple of the same item. I left the box unsealed so the contents could be verified. You will need to complete data entry on their website in order for your stuff to be sent. While there is an English section on the main Yamato Transport website, the link for the data entry is purely in Japanese. If you're like me and can only read a handful of kanji, an employee will need to help you. I completed it on my smartphone while there. Payment is determined on the method that's selected at the end of the data entry process. My recipient opted to pay for everything, so I selected cash-on-delivery where he will pay the courier when he receives the box. In the end, I didn't have to pay for a thing (besides my box). Not sure if I will ever need to use the service again but it was definitely a good and interesting experience.”
“Super convenient and ease use copiers. Except that one time, I needed help with laminating, and female team member (shucks, forgot her name) was courteous getting the job done. Been to this location many times, and they are consistently friendly and helpful when needed. Way to go team!”
“Very up and up and honest. They gave a good price, and communications with Stacey was very excellent. They made my life a lot easier attempting to move my mom from her existing house into another one. Will definitely use again in the future.”
“One of their deliverers Mr. Kurtis. Coby is the best! I recently moved and my sis sent me a package to my old addrress! He was nice enough to call me so he could ensure he delivered my package to the proper hands. I am so grateful there are still honest workers that exist to this day. DHL Express, thank you for Kurtis. Coby! He is a reliable asset to your agency!”
