“Hi there, names Leon Long time tenant, big time storage user. Let me start off saying if you value your stuff, you'll value what youll get with this facility. Clean, secure and attentiveness. Ive been to alot of self storage facilities but this is the cleanest, meaning my stuff wont be hassled by rodents, insects, mold or chronics - because face it chronics in Hawaii ruin everything nice looking. The heavy duty keypad and CCTV monitored driveway, leads to a fully fenced in and keypad entry building, unauthorized entry results in alarm and alert of staff, top it off with moderately thick steel rollup and swinging doors that will take a hit, cut and keep your stuff secured. Finally lets talk about the attentiveness. Out of all the other HSS locations, Mililani staff actually freggin care about you, your stuff and their facility. Pride in what they do is what keeps me here. Even if I lived on the other side of Oahu Id pick this one. I dont buy into the gimmicks or all that other jazz. This facility delivers, time and time again. Price - You're getting the best value”

“Just wanted to give a shout out and a huge recommendation! If your things have arrived to island or if you are PCSing soon I highly recommend Crown relocations and use Romeos crew. They arrived at our house yesterday about 8:45 a.m and left by 12. They were extremely professional and helpful. They picked up after themselves and put things down so they didn't mess up our new floors. They helped me go through all the paperwork of filling out the damaged things, and gave us their number if we had any more questions!! Romeo, Rob, and Al will get in and out with things done nicely, orderly, and professionally! Wish I could give them 15/10 !”

“Convenient self storage located in Mililani Mauka. They offer military discounts and the staff are friendly and helpful. Just be advised that the facility is not open 24/7 and the office may not always be staffed so if you need to make changes to your account to check their website or call ahead. They have trolleys for heavy stuff and the lockers are well lit and everything is super clean. The only down side is I wish they had a vending machine for long moving days!”

This was years ago and yes, I still remember his name. ? Unfortunately, I did not get his last name.Francis Rulloda removed our POD and he went above and beyond to remove it with extreme care ?. Above and beyond customer service and he too had amazing skill. Very personable and an assets to any company.Our family truely appreciates these employees and appreciate their excellent customer service. ?”
