Thought this Ross was okay because the first few times my husband and I got great customer service, well today I ended up making a complaint of a young worker because of her ignorance. My husband really needed to use the bathroom to vomit, so I tried to ask the young employee if we can get access to the bathroom. She clearly knew I was talking to her , but she flat out ignored me and just passed by. Another employee who was older saw the interaction but also just walked away, she upset me too, but I just said whatever. We went to check out and luckily the same employee who ignored us didn’t get us because I was for sure going to confront her about her attitude. Spoke with manager and he said he would have a talk with her. I hope he does really go through with it because next time I will be more of a “Karen” if it were to happen again. I’ve worked in retail I understand how it feels, but never did I try to make a customer feel stupid or dumbfounded for asking a quick question in an emergency of restroom.

I love this store. They always carry what I am looking for and need. Prices are great and the store is very clean.

Store was Organized, as well as can be expected in such a busy atmosphere. Line was long but moving. Cashier was pleasant throughout interaction.

I usually always go to this Ross and always buy everything i need from here, although everytime i go i always get weird stares and i feel very discriminated by a worker there. I walk in and i dont get a greeting but the person behind me or infront of me gets one, instead i get a weird stare which makes me very sad and never wanting to come in again.. I haven’t been there for months now because im scared of the discrimination and stares i would get.. it was a short asian man for reference. Im letting my friends and family not to go to this ross.

They never have a selection of shoes in size 6.5. The shelves are half bare, compared to the larger sizes, which are always full.
