“A+ service by Haggi (I think this is her name!). I had several items I had ordered on the website which were delivered to the store at different times. Some things had come in that our contractor had picked up; a few I had picked up the day before. There were about 10 things missing. She looked high and low for them and recruited two others to help. She made sure I had everything on my list, even though it took a while! She was delightful.”

“Everyone is friendly! You can walk with a worker to pick out your tree or pick one that was already freshly cut. They will cut and wrap your tree for you and even help you load it. Be sure to tip the workers!”

“I love this place! What first drew my attention was that big gorgeous lime tree grown in a bag on a pallet crate with so much beautiful fruit! I was so amazed that I had to go in an ask what's the secret to that?! I've been to this place several time and always in awe with that lime tree! The people and service her is AMAZING ! Mike Is awesome to talk to and helped me with knowledge about planter bags and how to grow my plants in them. As where we live I temporary and I don't want to leave my plants behind when we move to our permanent home. As all plant lovers know growing our own food is very personal and we get attached to our plants. They have great prices on big bag of amazing soil and fertilizer dry and liquid. And they are conveniently in Halawa with lots of parking.”

“The nicest people ever! So helpful and friendly. They will share lifetimes of experience and information with you. As well as taking you for a little walk through all the healthy plants and trees in their backyard behind the house. We found just what we needed. And left with some fruits and seeds that they gave us. I highly recommend visiting them. They are there early mornings until about 9, as they water plants. After that, you might want to call an make an appointment with them to meet up there.”

“Located in Pearl City, this store is like the others in setup. The parking is large enough to accommodate, but there maybe traffic getting in and out to the street due to the way the road is designed. Overall it is okay.”

“On 11/24/2023, I saw a Christmas inflatable that I really wanted to buy. I asked salesman Mike if he could see if one was available for purchase. He checked all the aisle but the inflatable on display was the last one. Seeing how much I wanted the inflatable he went to check with his supervisor if I could purchase the Santa on a sailboat inflatable that was on display. I not only got to purchase the inflatable that I wanted, he gave me $20 off because it was the display. Thank you Mike for the AWESOME customer service...I appreciate you!!!”

“Got everything you need especially if you have downloaded the Home Depot app from the play store for your phones because that app can cut your wait or human responses massively, when the numbers are correct.”

“Home Depot has became our Black Friday tradition. It started decades ago when I noticed the poinsettias were so cheap that I could afford to buy one for each relatives gravesite. I remember initially buying less than half a dozen, now we need 17. When the kids were born, I brought them along for Black Friday. Popo (grandma) at one point joined us. It has evolved into a family tradition. Popo has difficulty walking now so we sit her in a non-congested aisle. Then her grandchildren hunts for the best poinsettias and brings them to her. Popo selects 17 of the best ones. Afterwards, the "poinsettia hunters" is treated to breakfast. Popo will nurture these poinsettias until her "retired poinsettia hunters" returns home for their winter break. She looks forward to visiting all the graves with her entire family. We spend one day convoying from one graveyard to another, ending with another great meal as a family. We have no photos of this Black Friday tradition so we made a point of taking one. Later we noticed a Home Depot employee photo bombed us. How apropos. In the background Home Depot employees have made this tradition special for over two decades. Thank you Home Depot employees. Thank you for greeting us and making us feel welcomed. Thank you for being pleasant even when you're busy. Keep up the good job and your HUMOR. Happy Holidays.”

“Home Depot for da DEALAGES!Honestly, whenever I wanna do something around the house, but am unsure of how to do it, I normally shop at City Mill.City Mill is a great hardware store to go to if you wanna shop local, & support local, And as an added bonus, if you're unsure about doing a task, normally, City Mill will have a knowledgeable sales associate on the floor who is able to share his/her knowledge with you. When one shops at Home Depot, more than likely you'll be hard press to find someone on the sales floor to help you, so if you have some kinda task you need to do, ya better know how to do the task before even considering buying stuff from Home Depot. As for me, I find Home Depot a great place to shop if you're looking for great prices on hardware items, and if I already know how to do the task, finding someone to talk to is not an issue. On my recent adventures to Home Depot, I just so ended up in Kapolei as I was actually fixing/doing some work inside of Home Depot. After I had completed the task, I remembered that I had to buy some concrete to fix some cracks & holes in a rock wall at my house. While looking at the concrete section of Home Depot, it is pretty mind blowing at how many variations of concrete that a hardware store can offer.Unsure of what type of concrete I actually needed, I was lucky enough to find a sales associate on the sales floor, and upon showing him some pics on what I was trying to accomplish, he quickly suggested to me on which type of concrete would do the job.Great customer service, and even better prices..........can't ask for more than that!”
