My Jeep broke down and needed to be shipped to the mainland the next day. The owner was available on such short notice. He towed my vehicle from Mililani to the shipping company’s warehouse in town. He waited while they inspected my Jeep on the flatbed then he towed it to from the warehouse to Pier 1. Amazing customer service and would recommend him 100%

I called to get my car towed but he wasn't gonna be able to grab it because he was booked. But instead of leaving me high and dry he was courteous enough to send someone he trusted to help. And it was Justin, I gave MK four stars because although I didn't get serviced by him, he was kind enough to refer someone else who did a quick/good job. Makes me wonder how good of a job MK towing would've done if they came. Only sends someone he knows is of good caliber.
